View Full Details of Manorcourt Homecare (Saffron Walden)The carers were so dedicated and they always went above and beyond. They sent in a smaller group of carers due to my wife's dementia and they built a great relationship with us. Not only did they care for my wife but they also helped me by accommodating sitting visits to relieve me. The office staff were phenomenal and they also went above and beyond. Great company and I highly recommend. Thanks.
I found the carers very kind, caring and professional. The office staff were always very helpful. I would definitely recommend Manorcourt.
My review is the same as it has always been - excellent!
My mother has been cared for by Manorcourt Homecare for quite a few years now. We have been very happy with the care, support, and kindness that all the staff have given my mother. We highly recommend Manorcourt Homecare.
I have found everyone I have met very helpful and caring. I have a visit for half an hour in the evenings. There have been occasions when the timed visit has been a bit too early, but the routine seems to have settled down now. £17.50 seems a lot to pay for half an hour (double what my cleaner charges), but I recognise that the charge has to cover the administration as well as payment to the carer. I certainly can recommend this company. (I am surprised they don't do direct debit).
Manorcourt acted promptly and did their best to accommodate Mum's increased care needs after she was discharged following a short stay in the hospital. They have helped with calls to the GP to follow up referrals. Manorcourt listen and aim to provide support suitable for the family's situation. They understand the importance of companionship and respect for Mum's wishes.
My sister has been under your care for just over two years before realising the need to move into a care home. Thank you for all your care and consideration for her in that time. She and I cannot speak too highly of your professionalism, friendliness and treatment of her daily needs. We would recommend you to anyone.
been using Manor Court for about two years now. They are very good and I have had no problems at all. Always willing to listen and help when I ask them. Always pleasant and take an interest in what I say. No problems and happy with them.
All carers have been excellent, efficient, friendly and professional.
I found all the carers extremely helpful and could not ask for any better. They take an interest in all my needs. They listen to my requests without any problems, I am very happy with the service. The management are very helpful and polite when contacted. All in all, excellent service.
Absolutely fantastic, nothing too much trouble and wonderful communication with the client and family.
Everyone so far has been very kind, caring and helpful.
I am still a bit out of touch with life, and it's pitfuls here in the UK! However, the staff at Manorcourt continue, quite unafraid, I might add! To render support in just about any direction, from meal preparation, cleaning, transport, prescription deposit and collection, conversation and even DIY! The list is endless, and their energy and enthusiasm, boundless and as always, I would be lost without them.
A recent phone call from the manager of Manor Court to advise me that there had been a problem with my brother’s money. She was very apologetic and indicated that the matter was being dealt with. She followed up with further emails and calls and I was impressed by her attention to detail and for my brother’s care. My brother is receiving care on a daily basis and I am satisfied that he is being well looked after for which I am grateful.
The carers are all polite, arrive on time - or as near to that time as is possible - and carry out their duties professionally and in a very caring way. They offer advice and make sure that all the service user's needs are taken care of and are always pleasant and conversational with the service user checking at the end of their time with her if there is anything else they can do.
We have been very pleased with the staff who visit, they are helpful, kind and polite who are also hard working and excellent at interacting with my wife who is the beneficiary of their assistance (but so am I in that without their help, it would all be down to me who is also in full-time work).
All carers are very professional caring and they chat with me during their visit and could not wish for a better team. Many thanks to everyone.
Generally very good, but please more attention to recycling. I try to provide boxes for the main items such as plastic, metal tins, glass and cardboard. Also, my brother doesn't always cook a meal and constantly there are two or three out of the fridge. Sometimes there is too much food to eat! I myself will do some shopping on the Christmas Bank Holiday. Also, my brother doesn't eat many greens so I eat the baby lettuce I fear!
Having help with care for my husband has been a lifeline for me allowing me to have a little respite. It is a new experience for both of us and I am so impressed how Manorcourt has listened to and responded to our 'needs' and my husband has grown fond of the lovely people we have met. Thank you sincerely.
We are very grateful for the care and kindness shown to our mother by all the carers who attended her, and we appreciated the courtesy and efficiency of all the office staff with whom we came into contact.
