View Full Details of Manorcourt Homecare (Thurrock)Having been with the organisation since August 2018, in my opinion, the carers are second to none, with no exception.
I was a client from 16th March until the 14th April 2024. I found all the girls to be supportive, kind and treated me with consideration and dignity. Thank you all for the great service and hopefully when I have my next hip replacement I will have you all again.
I cannot fault the care my mum receives. All the girls that come in are very caring and kind. I've always found the girls in the office very helpful as well. I feel happier knowing we can trust those who go in to provide the level of care they would want themselves. They will phone if there are any problems and report back any concerns they may have. They are starting to feel like part of the family.
All carers have treated me with respect, and in return, I treat them with respect. Why be nasty to the people who are helping you, when you can't do it yourself.
Very happy with the care.
It took a while to get right. Every carer is different and not all were to my liking, but when I requested and was granted a permanent person although difficult when on 7 days a week, when I changed to just 3 days a week in the second half of December, everything levelled out and has been brilliant ever since.
The care received throughout has been excellent and my parent is very happy with all the staff that come and go. I always feel that my parent is treated with dignity the whole time. My overall experience has been excellent and I hope it will continue.
I have been using Manorcourt for years and find it a good company. The staff are most caring and thoughtful, good-hearted and give the best care to the client. They are always on time and are an important part of my daily life. Thanks to them, I live life to the dullest I am able. God bless them.
The carers that have attended to me have been competent, and friendly and helped us get through the first part of the day comfortably. They have all been on time and pleasant on arrival.
Very pleased with the care provided to my mum. All staff have been friendly and helpful. I would recommend Manorcourt to anyone looking for a care provider.
Truly great service. Helped me when I was ill last week and made my lunch and tea. Thank you loads.
The carers are very good.
Very happy with the carers. I have had the same carers since I started.
The carers provide an excellent service. Arrive at the same time most days. They are kind and courteous. Protect my dignity, very careful in the way they handle me. They give me a thorough shower, dry me well and dress me. They assist me to the breakfast table. They leave everything clean and tidy and make my bed and empty my commode.
We have been using Manorcourt for the last 6 or 7 years, first for my dad and now for Mum. I cannot rate them highly enough, both the carers who are kind, cheerful and respectful, and also the office team who are such a support. Nothing is ever too much trouble and my sisters and I are so grateful to have such wonderful care for our mum.
I cannot wish for better carers to be looking after my husband. The care he receives from the staff is excellent. They are thorough with his personal care and really interact with him socially. We are both really happy with the service he is receiving from Manorcourt Homecare.
I think all the staff are very good.
Carers are very good, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Great experience. I live and care for my 94-year-old mum call in the agency whenever I want to have a few days away. It's been life-changing. All the carers are caring and competent. My mum enjoys the change of company. It's lovely to feel confident that my mum is being supported in my absence. So if you are looking for some respite from care duties, Manorcourt provides a fantastic service. Thanks very much.
We found that the care my partner received was great, the way they treated her was very personal and being this was the first time she had needed this type of care, it made her feel comfortable about losing her dignity. All the carers involved have shown nothing but respect and care for her. It made her comfortable and relaxed because they seem part of our family.
