All carers that visited me were caring, professional people who were good at their job, whenever I had to contact the office they too were very amiable and listened to what I had to say before carrying out my request.

Village looked after my Nan in her last days at home. They are truly a caring company and go that extra mile and help support other family members too. They really did help our whole family through a very difficult time.

Very happy with all staff the carers and office staff who support my mum and the rest of the family. Over the period before she went into hospital for UTI and since she has come home in January with pressure sores, they have all looked at how to make her more comfortable, talking to mum, contacting the district nurse, suggesting different equipment and keeping me up to date through the app and notes at the house. All the carers are professional but also use humour with mum to get her motivated and I see and hear how much they care about her.

This is an excellent service providing great quality care at home. The carers are friendly and complete all tasks requested with professionalism and care. We receive regular daily updates and all the team gives excellent customer service.

The staff members are amazing, compassionate and incredibly caring. The care my dad received, was second to none. I couldn’t have asked for better. Not only did the staff support Dad, but Mum too. I would definitely recommend this company.

The Village Homecare team have always been amazing and continue to be a huge support to our family, as our loved ones needs have increased over time. They always go above and beyond and keep us informed every step of the way, also offering support and advice whenever needed.

Village Homecare Ltd have provided care to my mum since 2017. The care they provide is excellent. The carers are all pleasant and my mum looks forward to them coming to her home. She loves chatting to them and her mood is lifted by their visits which is as important I believe as the physical care. For myself, I can relax knowing that she is being looked after so well. The office staff are always polite and helpful and communicate any changes in call times if they arise. We couldn’t imagine how we would manage without them. They are a first-class care provider and I would recommend them without hesitation.

All of the carers are kind and friendly. They all wear PPE which makes me feel safe as I am considered to be a vulnerable patient due to my COPD and heart failure. The carers will happily do any tasks that I wish and leave things in my room clean and tidy. I trust than all which is important as they are coming into my home.

The help provided is very good. The carers are very kind and helpful. Times are on the whole very good I know it is very difficult to be exact all the time. I am very satisfied with their help and pleased that I asked for it.

I feel very comfortable with my carers coming to visit me. I am quite independent for my age and like to do things for myself, but it is nice to see a friendly face. It brightens my day!

Some carers could do with lessons in bed making. My times keep varying from as much as 30 minutes.

My experience with the home care provider is generally good. The staff are kind, helpful and pleasant without exception. My chief complaint is that timing of visits is unreliable which can cause problems with fixed appointments such as for medical needs. Unpredictable meal times are unhelpful. It is my impression that better-organised rotas would improve this. This is in no way a criticism of the carers who are always helpful.

Village Homecare is generally friendly and professional. They try their best to fit the service around your needs. Most of the staff live locally and this helps with the availability of carers. It also means that we know most of the carers.

We have found Village Homecare Ltd to be the best care company we have dealt with. Carers are always on time and if there are any issues we are informed in advance. The carers always ensure dignity and always come in with a smile on their faces. Which is what you want first thing in the morning! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!
