Mum has been expertly looked after by Right at Home for the last few years. Her needs have fluctuated over this time and it has been very useful for us that Right at Home has been able to accommodate the extra or fewer care calls that she has required. Mum has enjoyed meeting all the different carers and we are confident that, despite our living many miles away, Mum is able to live in her own home, which is exactly where she wants to be, with the help of these dedicated professionals.

The team in the office are fantastic. Always available and understanding. They are very considerate of my Dad and his situation. Our current carer is so lovely. Understanding, kind and patient. These situations are challenging, but Right at Home makes it that bit easier

Right at Home have provided a wonderful service to my parents. Several friendly, caring, conscientious ladies came to our family home for 3-4 years to support my Mum in the final years of her life, and they have just started to provide a similar service for my Dad. I would describe them as angels. Their support has provided our family with peace of mind, dignity and good humour. I can't stress enough how much they added to my Mum's quality of life as she struggled with various things, and I am sure they will do the same for my Dad.

All my carers have been very pleasant, and helpful. Carers have different levels of experience but they all follow directions well and have learned what I need support with and how quickly so I have been very happy with the service Right at Home Derby has provided me with. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone seeking support at home. This has been my first and only experience of home care so I can't say anything about value for money, but I am very satisfied with the care and service that I receive. The only reason I've rated management with 4 stars is because communication has sometimes not been as good as it could be (e.g. between the office and my daughter). However, the carers have been very willing to contact the office on my behalf to check arrangements, etc.

I can honestly say that the team at Right At Home Derby have been amazing very personal and reactive to any changes or additional support required. We now have live-in care for my Uncle which has been seamless and a fantastic support for his well-being. To be able to remain at home was his biggest desire and Right At Home has made that possible for him.

I am the court-appointed deputy for my brother who had a stroke three years ago. Not living close to my brother we depend on Right at Home to provide the primary care. Nothing is too much for them (I try to keep my requests reasonable!) replies are friendly and efficient. Delivery is always accurate. Happy to recommend Right at Home (Derby branch in this case).

I have been with Right at Home for over 5 years. My team of carers are professional and caring. Although the turnover has often been high they have always tried to meet my needs and provide the appropriate cover. I would recommend them.

Professional, caring, reassuring and meet my needs in the best ways they can. The carers are always respectful to me and encouraging in an empathetic way to get out and about which is beneficial for my confidence. One of the best decisions I have made.

We have used Right at Home for over 5 years now! They are always professional, and eager to assist with any queries or problems. After a period of changes, we now have a settled care team, which meets our needs. The client has Autism, and other health issues, and therefore needs continuity in his daily life. His Care team and Manager are friendly, approachable, and efficient. Always eager to assist with any issues that may arise. For me personally, the online facility to read the carer's daily notes is essential. It gives me peace of mind, and enables me to keep a check on my Sibling's health and wellbeing.

Thank you to Right at Home for the care and attention you provide to support my mum at home. The lady who provides care and companion support for my mum once a week gets the approach and care level absolutely spot on. I am also grateful for the immediate attention to contacting Mum and/or me when attendance has to be altered, and to the ladies who have to step in at short notice. Mum has never been left without support. Everyone is extremely caring, gentle and efficient and I cannot express enough, how much this helps us. It just leaves me to say I am very glad I chose Right at Home to provide support for my mum. Thank you.

Had the pleasure to liaise with the deputy manager who professionally dealt with my initial enquiry. We then met a day later at my aunt's to sort details and consent from my aunt. All very precise and very appreciated last min support to the required care arranged and all regulatory parts in place. Recommended A+ service.

My husband is medically vulnerable and also suffers from Alzheimer’s. I am his main carer. The last two years have been difficult, confined to home, shielding. About six months ago a carer from Right at Home started to visit us and stay with my husband for a few hours each week enabling me to get out and catch up with life and friends. We have an excellent carer, professional, punctual, who has built up a good relationship with my husband. Right at Home are easy to contact and flexible when any problems and changes crop up.
