Provided excellent support to the client whilst the client was in hospital, so easing the care load on the family. The carer helped reestablish the client in their own home following guidelines provided by hospital staff regarding mobility and nutrition. The carer provided good psychological support to the client ongoing basis. Bluebird provided excellent support while the client was in the hospital and for discharge arrangments very accommodating to the client's needs.
The carers at Bluebird Care are professional, friendly and experienced. They give ongoing support to one of my family members and this enables us to feel confident they are being well looked after when we are not there. My family member talks about her regular carers with great fondness and we are grateful for the care and attention they get. Many thanks.
Bluebird Care Hounslow & Chiswick were absolutely fantastic in the care of my mother. Their team were not only supportive to her needs but extended their support and guidance to us as a family in an exceptionally challenging time. The carers understood my mother's needs well and formed a lovely relationship with her. Compounded with dementia, my mother had some physical issues and without the care of the Bluebird team she would have deteriorated. This is a well run team and any concerns were immediately addressed. They do a fantastic job in a very difficult sector. Without the team I could not have managed and am exceptionally grateful for all their efforts.

Very happy with the care worker provided on a long-term basis. My husband was treated kindly and with dignity despite the fact that his dementia made him difficult at times. Office personnel are always polite and well-spoken and obliging, as we’re the management. Always trying to facilitate requests for additional care.
The family has been delighted with the service provided by Bluebird Care and, in particular, the work of the principal carer that has attended my parents. She has a cheerful disposition which makes an enormous difference first thing in the morning when she attends and is very sensitive to their needs.
The carer came in late June and took over 24 hour care for my aunt and uncle. She is gentle, caring, kind and treats my aunt with great dignity and respect. She is not afraid to deal with difficult issues and is always cheerful and smiling. She keeps me fully informed of what I need to know and takes a lot of responsibility and worry off my shoulders. My aunt and uncle are very happy she is with them.
My mother has been with Bluebird Care since April 2020 and regret to say the standard has gone down. The carers used to be friendly and talkative, now in some cases it's rush, rush, rush. This morning bed baths towels and t-shirts are ringing wet. Cleaning up, I find pillows on the floor. The hoist slung on the floor. Today I found cleaning products in the bed. Some carers leave in a hurry. The porch and front doors are slammed. Sometimes there is an air of complaisance and tiredness. At the moment there is one very good carer and a few who are good and fun. I think they are in need of training, spot checks.
The carer did an amazing job supporting my mum with grief following the death of her husband. The carer encouraged her to take regular walks, accompanied her to church, chatted with friends, listening to stories. The carer also cared for my mum by doing meals, and seeing to drinks. The carer has been polite, considerate, professional and a friend or companion to a grieving lady.
I was very comfortable with the live-in carer who looked after me after a fall in my house. I didn't need much physical help, but she was especially good at encouraging me to return to my normal active life. She was pleasant to have around and extremely tidy.
My experience of the service provided by Bluebird Care was brief but, in all respects, a very positive experience. They visited my very close friend on a daily basis, and he spoke very highly of all the carers; they were competent and professional but quickly developed a good relationship with him and were respectful in meeting his care needs and very considerate of his personal preferences. I was his Attorney, and the senior staff and management always communicated promptly with me regarding any feedback from their carers and also to express any concerns regarding his ongoing care and well-being, which I valued greatly. The level of care was especially significant following his death when the manager visited to provide support to the member of staff but also to me at this particularly upsetting time they have also offered ongoing help and support if necessary, so I would say that they certainly go beyond what one would normally expect - so a very big thank you to everyone involved.

The carer was amazing - from the moment she walked through the door to the excellent report at the end of the time. She has a wonderful way with people and puts my father at ease immediately. The support we received from Bluebird, and especially the wonderful carer who lived with our Mum for the last 3-weeks of her life was excellent in all respects. It made a very difficult and emotional time easier to bear. Nothing was too much trouble for the carer who Mum considered a friend. The management of the services delivered was very good, and Bluebird gave us general advice and guidance, which was useful.
Marina, Eni and the Bluebird team did a great job pulling together the support which enabled my godmother to remain at home. The carers were all professional, kind and friendly and cared well for my godmother. We had two fantastic live-in carers and then different carers coming in during the day and night, who were great. The Owner and the Manager were great supports throughout.

The carers are great, so willing to do anything for me. I struggle with lifting anything and sometimes have days when I sleep in the chair. Nothing phases them and they are pretty good at discouraging me from overdoing it. The management team are also good and helpful. They keep me posted about any changes and are great when I contact them. I appreciate all that they do.

Overall, I cannot fault the commitment Bluebird demonstrate in supporting and caring for my Godmother. Office staff very friendly and helpful. But often seem rushed/under pressure. Sometimes delay responding to my emails. OpenPass app is extremely useful for us to view the carer's notes for the day, but it does not 'refresh' and sometimes gives the incorrect time of the start/end of the visit. This is extremely disconcerting - particularly when an hours' visit looks like 5 minutes?
