It is so comforting to know that my friend is receiving all the care she needs in the comfort of her own home. All the care office staff and all the carers who visit are extremely good at what they do. Thank you Audley Care Mote House for always providing such a caring and loving service.

Audley has been going in to do home visits for a year now, they have looked after my stepfather with meal preparation and general care. They have all been amazing with him, always cheerful, on time and take time to listen and engage with him and even taking him supermarket shopping when needed. Communication with Audley has been easy and they have always been responsive to any questions and help that is needed and supported us as a family too. They have even highlighted to us some issues that we had not been aware of and acted promptly, always taking into consideration my stepfather's requirements. The care and support from the whole team we have received has been exemplary and I feel we could not have chosen a better care provider.

The ladies helping Mum are cheerful and attentive to her needs. Obviously, some of the carers have a greater awareness of individual needs and some certainly go the extra mile.

All of Mum's carers seem to genuinely care for her and have built a good rapport with her over time. They have always tried to make her comfortable and treat her well. They also communicate with us, her family when they need to and are proactive in making sure that her needs are met.

My cleaner was very punctual and accomplished all that I asked her to do, and was very chatty and pleasant.

I found the service and experience of the carers very good and willing. Overall help extremely helpful.

The service is very well set up and you can be confident to see them. They respond quickly to an emergency. The staff are reliable and respond to the service using requests and guidance. I would fully recommend them.

Recently my optician told me that I needed an operation on both my eyes. I made arrangements to have these done at a nearby hospital. I then turned to Audley Care to see if they could provide transport for me to and from the hospital and a chaperon to be with me in the hospital. This they agreed to do. On the days in question all went according to plan and the companionship meant my mind did not dwell on what was to come! I would not hesitate to contact them again if a similar situation arose.

Mum received excellent care from cheerful, respectful and affectionate carers. I could not fault the attention they gave to her physical and emotional needs. They were an enormous support to both my mother and I. All the carers we met were wonderful but I would like to give particular thanks to two members of staff in particular who we met most.

The carers are very kind and helpful. I enjoy the events at Mote House. I'm very happy when my carer comes to pick me up or bring me back home.

Good calibre of staff, always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Standard of work is good. Communication is occasionally difficult, at weekends when numbers of staff/management are restricted.

Generally very happy with the level of care and commitment. Struggled in the early days to know who to talk to regarding specific requirements, resolved latterly. Thank you!

All the carers are extremely well-mannered and professional in the way they support and care for my mother. They are always cheerful and engage with her sense of humour. They have helped her both at home and in attending appointments and shopping for her.

My father is 94 and an owner on the Mote House estate. We live away and are reliant on the care team to look after him. Without exception, our experience has been very positive. Dad thinks the world of his care team who are endlessly patient and sympathetic to his needs. Living remotely I rely on the office staff for communication and they are always professional and helpful.
