The care provided by the Care4u2day team is great. Nothing is too much trouble. Communication between us and the carers is first class. If there is an issue from us or the carers, we work together to sort it so my mother-in-law is always safe and well cared for.

I have had the experience of having my wife in care for her last months. Looked after by a particular member of staff and her team. She passed away 8 years ago. So having reached my 91st year, I was very happy to put myself into the hands of her and her staff.

I have a carer every morning from Monday to Thursday (inclusive) for half an hour approx. They come between 11 AM and mid-day. The carer could be any one of a number of the staff but is always female (I would not want it otherwise). On arrival she wakes me up, logs in, gets the newspaper, prepares breakfast, makes my bed (changes the bedding on Mondays), and asks if I need her to do anything else. On Fridays, I generally have an appointment with my local surgeon to have leg wounds and dry skin cleaned and rebandaged. So the carer comes later than usual to take me to the appointment - generally at 2 PM. Their routine activities are performed with sympathetic attention to detail and consideration of my special needs.

Care4U2Day is the best care company I have used for my mum, the carers are kind and supportive, patient and and always respect my mum’s dignity and wishes of both her and me as part carer to my mum. I never felt I could leave my mum in the hands of the carers but now I do which has given me back my mum-daughter relationship instead of just being my mum’s carers and having all the responsibility. Both my mum and me love the carers and have a great rapport with them and the office.

The care my nan receives is of a high quality, staff go the extra mile to make sure that my nan is comfortable and has everything she needs. Communication is excellent from the staff to the office. I feel relieved knowing that my nan is being cared for around the clock. It takes the pressure off my family.

Carers are excellent, as are the office staff - everyone is always super responsive and very flexible around changing needs and requirements. It's always a relief to know that our father is being looked after by the team!

I feel so happy that my mother-in-law is looked after so well in her own home. She feels that the carer's are her friends. She talks about the girls like they are family and they always update me on shopping and her needs around the home. Thank you so much.

Very pleased with the service my father receives from Care4u2day. All the carers are attentive to Dad's needs and always respectful. Dad looks forward to the visits. My brother and I are informed immediately of any issues which may appear and so can be sorted out quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The carers always acknowledge me alongside my husband. They are always cheerful, even at the end of the day. I never feel like they just want to get on and get out the door.

My carer is always punctual. She is cheery, efficient and helpful in respect of any requests for assistance. The service provided is professional and meets all my needs. The organisation is well structured and has a very efficient way of working. They have a good communication channel with me.

I live four hours away from Mum and without Care4U2DAY's caring professional and completely trustworthy carers, I would be lost to know what to do. They have looked after Mum for a number of years and may it continue.

The carers are cheerful, happy and genuinely care about my dad. Reliable and professional, we have had fabulous care from CARE4U2DAY for more than 7 years. We are lucky to be their clients and can recommend them highly.

I have been using the service for almost four months now. A carer comes in every morning mainly to check that I am alright healthwise and they are all very good at asking me how I am as soon as they arrive. They come regularly between 8.30 am and 9.00 am. Initially, the arrangement was that they stayed for forty-five minutes, they were very willing to do whatever small tasks I needed doing. After almost six weeks, the carer who comes most regularly advised the office staff that the work I required only took up to half an hour. This was immediately taken up by the staff, two of whom, including the manager, visited and rearranged the length of the visit.
