As a whole I an satisfied with the service that my carers provide. Occasionally I have to remind them to do things, but as a whole I appreciate what the do. They are kind and work hard, so because of their help I can stay in my home which I am grateful for.

Having been ill for a long time, in and out of hospital, I was very depressed - not wanting to get out of bed, keep myself clean and fed. I have a carer to wake me, wash me, dress me and feed me breakfast. This has made a vast improvement in my facing the rest of the day, even if I have no visitors.

I knew that whichever company I went with, I had to be comfortable and happy, so I was pleased when I got with Bluebird Care. They're more qualified than the other companies. I really get on with my care worker. She's been with me for 3 years now. We have a good rapport. I get on with all the staff. I haven't met a bad one yet and they're very professional. If you want continuity of care and not just 15 minutes and they're on to the next call, then I'd recommend them.

They are doing a brilliant job at Bluebird Care during this difficult time. They cared for my dad who has dementia, who has since moved into a care home. He had two carers twice a day, and I couldn’t thank them enough.
