I enjoy being part of Right at Home community and able my day activities, feels good have to independence, I recommend to anyone who needs of once Right at Home. I am able to make friends regular support team.

We have had morning care for 2 weeks so far and the service provided has been excellent. The carers are all lovely people and I cannot fault the care we have had so far.

During my recovery from hip surgery, I found Right at Home an excellent service to help me back to health. All the carers especially one in particular were courteous, sensitive, caring and useful. My early morning call was an unexpected pleasure. If I need care again, I shall use Right at Home again.

My mum could talk to her all day, good-natured, trustworthy, kind and caring. My mum likes her very much and feels comfortable with her. Respectful to her requirements. Professional and warmth.

We are very happy with all carers that have been, especially our permanent usual carer. Punctuality of all has been excellent. All have been polite, friendly and helpful.

All carers are very knowledgeable and caring, always on time, and kept informed if late due to unforeseen problems. Carers are very cheerful and seem to enjoy their job.

Such an excellent and caring team. They have now been looking after my mum for over a year and nothing seems too much trouble. Very professional and understanding. When there is a problem, it is always sorted out very quickly. They have been a great help to me.

My father suffers from Dementia and Parkinsons'. He had a fall and was unable to get up, subsequently, we found out he has a fractured hip. The carer in attendance wanted to stay as my mother is 78 and suffers from arthritis. The carer called the company and they told him to go to his next job. I contacted them on the day and they assured me they would contact me on Monday (this never happened). I chased and eventually spoke to someone who has basically tried to backtrack on events. I have complained to the relevant bodies.
