Have had a perfect experience with all carers who have visited and my husband is extremely satisfied with his care.

Excellent/very good staff very willing and hard working/cheerful. Cleanliness is immediately apparent once they have finished. Continuum of personnel is good. Attentive regarding personal needs/tucked up in bed ok. Hair washing done thoroughly when required.

Good to have a consistent carer most of the time, as a relationship is built up of trust. Very good personal care provided with dignity and compassion. Seems willing to undertake any tasks asked of the carer such as light cleaning jobs. It seems the carers are unable to do cooking other than in a microwave; some training in basic cooking skills would be beneficial. The management staff have been effective and responsive.

Mum receives double-up care four times a day as needs changing and washing every visit. Mum finds this very upsetting and the carers need to be patient with her. They have a very hard job in the times allowed but Mum is kept clean and tidy. She loves to be chatted to and often needs help eating or drinking if she has an upsetting day and she receives this.

I have been very satisfied with all of the help that was provided for my late wife and now for me. The care manager and all of the team are always very helpful and polite.
