I have the best carers in the world! I enjoy them coming! Five of them in particular, well all of them are wonderful carers! I am in very poor health and the carers are extremely supportive! They are also very good cooks which is important because I am a diabetic and under no circumstances can I eat ready meals!

Very happy with the service provided. Carers are very caring and helpful with Mum. Always on time and staying within the allotted time. We are very grateful for this service as our previous providers were dreadful, to say the least.

The care is not the best as things are not being done as they should be all the time some do more than others but it also doesn't help when the client is saying they don't need anything done obviously that is going to hinder the carer's job - but for instance, like showering once the client says I've had one nothing is checked to prove so and I know for a fact that it is not happening but it doesn't matter now as the client will no longer be using your service as they are moving homes shortly out of your catchment area.

The care provided to my husband over the last six months has been outstanding. The carers are genuinely kind and compassionate people. They have enabled my husband to remain safe and comfortable at home throughout his illness. My husband was consistently treated with dignity and respect and the support from the office staff, accommodating changing needs with short notice has been excellent. I am very grateful for the support that we have received from Right at Home.

Right at Home has been my support for around ten years plus, the carers are excellent. My regular carers have been brilliant with me and know all my needs.

I enjoy having someone to talk to. I was very pleased at how fast my package was able to start. The carer I have for support is a really lovely, experienced lady.

A few nice words to thank the staff and office for the diligent care they've given my auntie over the past years. The carers are caring and always treat her as if she were part of their family. Keep up the great work, and hope I can write another review next year. Merry Christmas to office and cares at Right at Home Cardiff.

I am really happy with the service. The manager and her team have been excellent. They have treated my mother with great care and kindness.

I was looking for a service to assist my mother-in-law with her progressing dementia and came across Right at Home online. I contacted Right at Home and they sent out a lovely young lady to help discuss our needs and to assign the correct carer for my mother-in-law. The community development manager has been so helpful and has answered any queries we have had quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Right at Home for your in-home care needs.

Care standard is great. Granddad thinks of his carers as friends. Good relationship with everyone.

Mum says of her carers that they are all so lovely and kind. The family are all able to relax in the knowledge that twice a day Mum has a visit from these kind and lovely carers.

After my brother had his stroke in 2021, he became very withdrawn. Since Right at Home has been involved, my brother is back to his normal stance. He is more outgoing and now enjoys meeting different people, his confidence has now been fully restored which is a joy to see.

We have been extremely happy with the care received from Right at Home. Mum generally has good continuity with her carers, and her care times are generally well-spaced and at good times. The carers treat Mum with respect and are friendly and caring towards her. She is very happy with her care. She is generally asked her wishes, and these are respected. The carers are kindly and supportive towards Mum. Thank you.

It's nice to see a friendly face every day, it stops me being depressed. They help me with my diet and because of them, I have lost 9 stone. They help me keep my flat clean and with cooking proper meals. I would recommend them to anybody.
