View Full Details of Manorcourt Homecare (Brooke)As a regular user of the service, I have found that the organisation has been flexible to accommodate the changing requirements of their client. Similarly, the individual care providers have always gone out of their way to ensure that, where possible, their visits cause the minimum disruption of any prior arrangements. Of course, this is not always possible as unforeseen circumstances arise with other service users that may impact on the timing of carer visits. When such circumstances arise, either the organisation or more usually, the individual carer will telephone to advise of delays, giving a revised schedule. In recent weeks the organisation has increased their staffing level and, as a result, are able to arrange that care visits are normally made by the same two carers.
All staff are excellent.
The care and support of all staff, management and carers received has been excellent. As I have to attend the hospital on occasion they are only too happy to change rota times, making sure I am ready for the appointment. Many Thanks.
One or two problems. Mainly change or shortage of staff.
All carers are very friendly and carry out any requests with ease. Most chat with my mum and always offer to make her lunch before they leave. Very happy with the service so far as it gives me peace of mind when I cannot get there and gives my mum a bit of company for an hour or so.
1) On my mum's care plan it has not reflected on Mum's care plan of her wishes. 2) On numerous occasions staff have not made contact when changes have been made on staff changes (rota changes). 3) My mum is very happy with Manorcourt Homecare services.
As a family, we are so grateful for the care and support of our mother. The carers are very kind, helpful beyond their needs and very experienced with the care they offer. We are doing our utmost to keep our mother in her home, and without Manorcourt Homecare (Brooke), this would be impossible.
I would just like to thank all of the carers for providing an excellent service.
Always very good and helpful.
No problems, excellent service at all times from my carer.
I'm quite satisfied with the help.
The carers are very good but the office staff could do a lot better. Why has the carer report stopped being left in my blue folder? Also, the fact that there is no weekly rota sent to me is utter madness. I don't know when or who is coming.
No problems - only late in the mornings at 11am.
My carer is like a friend, very efficient and sees my needs. I look forward to her visits.
Good.
I wish they would bring back the rotas and also that they would ring and tell me if there is any changes.
Wonderful team of carers. Can't complain about anything. Carers go above and beyond and do anything needed.
Very good groups of carers who know what they are doing.
Carers always treat me with care, patience and respect. Always happy to listen to my needs. Lovely bunch of carers.
Very satisfied.
