I have had a great experience with Everycare after coming out of the hospital following an extensive operation. The care coordinator came around and was incredibly kind and took her time to go over the assessment and explain how everycare was able to help me best. For the majority of my visits, I have a carer who was wonderful. Friendly and chatty, clearly very good at her job and worked hard whilst she was with me. She definitely made my life so much easier as I initially recovered. Thank you both for all your time and kindness.

I sprained my wrist in early March and could not use my left hand to wash and dress myself or support walking with two sticks. I had already made contact with Everycare so phoned them on Monday and they arranged care provision the next day - 45minutes to wash/dress, an hour with full shower including hair wash. The service was absolutely splendid, during a period of nearly 12 weeks everyone who came was unfailingly helpful, kind, pleasant and highly professional. They helped with difficulties I had with opening jars and bottles as well as looking after me, put clothes into and out of the wash, undid my pills from awkward blister packs. They supplied really special care in every sense of the word and I am now self-sufficient again thanks to their ministrations. The other factor was the efficiency of the office staff, instant replies to phone calls, prompt supply of roster details, clear invoices which charged reasonable rates for excellent value for money.

Right from the beginning, her carer listened to Mum, finding out the right amount of care that she wanted. All the careers have been wonderful and given Mum a new lease of life, helping with daily chores, and when she's not got much for them to do, they'll happily sit and talk with Mum, which she loves. They all seem very kind, compassionate and understanding. I would highly recommend Homecare, they give my siblings and me peace of mind.

My dad and I have been very pleased with the carers who have visited him. Their friendliness and cheerful personalities stand out, and the carers brighten up his day. Knowing they are visiting him also reassures me. There was only one carer in the early days my dad didn't take to, but overall I would definitely recommend the company.

Having used Everycare for nearly a year after my husband with dementia came out of hospital after a stroke, we have been more than satisfied. Our regular carer knows my husband and his ways very well now and I have no anxieties about his care. Over the weeks I have had few occasions when the carer has been delayed (largely traffic problems) so can rely on good timekeeping and friendly caring approach.

On recommendation in contacting the office the help and professional advice was very reassuring which inspired me to put care in place, communication and support is very forthcoming which gives peace of mind.

Everycare have been looking after my mother since July 2023, she has dementia and sadly had a fall last year and broke her arm. Since the first meeting, I have been so impressed with the staff for arranging care and taking care of my mother, staff go out there way to make sure Mum is taken care of, nothing is too much trouble. The team are very professional, friendly, hardworking and polite. They come in every day to give Mum her medication and make sure she has everything she needs for the day, Mum is very happy which makes me relaxed that all is well. I could highly recommend Everycare to anyone looking for care support. I can't thank them enough!

I have to say that I have been so impressed and thankful to the lovely staff at Everycare. The health of my mum was at a crisis point both physically and with dementia. As her daughter, I was responsible for Mum but living in the north of England and working it was becoming impossible to see to Mum's needs. The supervisor came to visit and quickly assessed Mum and what needed to be done and she got Mum's GP out to visit which I was never able to do. Once I had rearranged Mum's bed and furniture in a more suitable place, I was able to go home with much less stress, knowing that the carers would be in every day to give Mum her medication, see to her needs and generally keep her company. I cannot stress enough how fantastic the whole team has been and the weight that has been lifted off my mind. I have since brought Mum up to live with me but will be eternally grateful to Everycare.

All the staff turned up on time and carried out their duties with a smile. All I needed them for was to put a lidocaine plaster on my back because I couldn’t reach which didn’t take up the half an hour I booked so the staff would do the washing up,hover,make my bed and empty the commode or any other jobs I needed doing. I have used this company before for my husband so I knew I was in safe hands. I would recommend them to my friends.

He was happy, said all were lovely, he hadn't done any puzzles or brain work, or the two jobs I had left him. He's very vague but was happy with all of his carers. Thank you. I know he comes across as totally capable he is far from it and late Monday night I had 2 voicemails 'Where are you?' 4 am 'What have I done wrong, please come home'. I was worried. My daughter called you and left out of hours message and I have never had any feedback on this? I phoned neighbours and they checked on him for me. This was a plan for a longer holiday, but he'll need a live-in carer or a home for two weeks.

Fantastic live-in carer for my 90-year-old dad who suffers with Dementia. I was very apprehensive about leaving him whilst I was on holiday and had looked at respite care in a local care home. After considerable deliberation (!), we opted for live care for 2 weeks. It really was fantastic and my dad thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the carer and even enjoyed fruit and vegetables which he will normally flatly refuses! She gave dad, time (patience) and encouragement, all the things that dad needs. She was a breath of fresh air and dad even described it as him having a "holiday from routine" which pretty well sums up the whole experience. He was very sad to see her go. Thank you so much.

Carers are all very nice and friendly. Very professional with their care and know exactly what is needed to help in the home with patients. Management are also very caring.

Pleasant and friendly staff member who is able to offer advice and be flexible with regard to client's wishes and state of well-being. Client is treated with kindness and dignity and carer is always punctual and very reliable and trustworthy.

Everycare have always provided excellent levels of care in accordance with my agreed care plan. Changes have had to be made from time to time to accommodate my changing needs and Everycare have always reacted quickly and positively to such changes. I feel safe and secure in their care.

Everycare have been looking after my Father who has severe dementia for the past year and is progressively getting worse. The carers' attention to him is excellent and nothing is too much trouble helping make this chapter of his life as comfortable as possible. As importantly, the office staff and Management are receptive to any required changes or day-to-day issues meaning that the whole experience has been first class so far. Thank you for all that you do at Everycare.

My mother has carers twice a day from Everycare. The carers are lovely, caring, thoughtful, and go above and beyond what I would have expected them to do. The communication from the company to me as the daughter is incredible, all her needs are met and it means that I have peace of mind knowing that she is very well looked after.
