Caremark was absolutely excellent in every way. My Mum can be quite difficult these days but the care manager and his team were always understanding, considerate and professional. I would recommend Caremark to those who need regular and thoughtful care.

My husband had a cycling accident whilst in France and cracked 4 ribs. He also has Alzheimer's which was exacerbated by the accident. We returned from France on Bank Holiday weekend and feared he would have to go into respite care for a few weeks. Luckily we found Caremark Wandsworth and thanks to their extremely efficient and understanding management had a care plan in place within one day. Their carers are very kind, understanding, helpful, and professional. Also, a very attractive feature is their flexibility regarding hours needed. Caremark has enabled my husband to be at home for the foreseeable future for which my family and I are exceedingly grateful.

Caremark provided support and care for my elderly mother over the period of around 8 years. As time went on and my mother's care needs changed and increased, Caremark was flexible and adaptable to support her in her home. The communication with us was clear and open. Every effort was made to adjust to my mother's sometimes challenging needs and behaviour. We went through various permutations of trying to find the best patterns and times to support my mother, who struggled to see the need for carers. Caremark was endlessly patient with her and eventually, we found a format that appeared to work for her. The carers were mostly kind, supportive, and trustworthy. They engaged appropriately with my mother and genuinely cared for her well-being. On the very rare occasion that a carer did not turn out to be a good match for my mother, Caremark was responsive and tried their best to replace them. Overall we, as a family, have also felt supported by the Caremark managers and carers.

I have been with Caremark for the past 8 or 9 months and am really happy with them. It's a very personal service and I feel that I am in excellent hands. My regular carer really understands my needs and is great company. They also take great care to introduce other carers so that cover can be provided efficiently. Everyone I've met has been so lovely. Initially, I was a bit reluctant to admit I needed help and was concerned about having strangers in the house but they were total pros and managed that transition really well. Now I feel perfectly comfortable and enjoy their visits. The admin/management team are also really professional, responsive and provide a very personal service.

I am 92 years old. I live alone. My mobility is declining and my movements are slowing down. Consequently, I cannot carry items from room to room and need help with normal household tasks. My carer from Caremark Wandsworth is an answer to a prayer. She knows instinctively what needs to be done to make my day run smoothly. I have had carers from other providers in the past but none who could compare with those from Caremark. I cannot rate them more highly.

Caremark are a very caring agency. Office staff and carers are friendly and approachable, it feels like a family. I like to go to bed late, I have greatly appreciated their efforts to find carers willing to work late. I am very grateful for their support over the past ten years.

I and my family are delighted with the service received from Caremark Wandsworth. From the initial contact to the current support, the quality of service is beyond reproach. The carers provided have been well trained. They know what they are doing and how to provide to my specific needs. I'm a rather independent person who likes to do things my way and the carers have been able to adjust their support to meet my wishes while ensuring my safety. They arrive on time and manage to complete their tasks without me feeling rushed. When changes to the schedule are necessary, the carers and the management accommodate to these changes without complaining. I feel safe and well looked after. The management are easily contacted and keep up to date with my gradually deteriorating health situation. I strongly recommend Caremark Wandsworth.

I had only used this service for just 2 visits for my elderly father. He unfortunately and unexpectedly passed away on the 2nd visit. I am the only next of kin and live overseas and the manager was very reachable via messaging apps and kept me in the loop as to what was being done and the director had gone over and above the call of duty in assisting me with hospital bereavement and funeral planning whilst I was overseas in what would have otherwise been a very stressful time for me. I was not able to use them for their full in home care services for my late father, but I am astounded by their care and professionalism to handle matters for me whilst I was overseas and keeping me in the loop via emails and texts whilst I was overseas. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for care and compassion whilst being professional at all times. Companies like this are hard to find. Kudos to the manager and director for a well run organisation!

It was a great relief to find a company like Caremark Wandsworth. They looked after my 98 year old mother for a nine month period after she came out of hospital. She was often disoriented and had lost all her mobility, needing to be hoisted in and out of bed. Her needs grew as she became more frail, and she would not have been able to stay in her own home without the excellent service provided by Caremark. Without exception, their staff were adaptable, kind, patient and friendly. Their reliable, cheerful and capable help made her last months easier, for which she, and we, were truly grateful.

Friendly, caring and personable team providing a good service in challenging times. Each carer brings an attentive and encouraging approach, touched by their unique personalities. Particularly noteworthy was the continued service during lockdown. Competitive rates despite recent increases in costs. Flexible administration of their service - client-centred.

We were pleased and impressed with the care taken by the staff from Caremark in looking after my brother whose Alzheimer's took a stronger hold over the three years of their involvement. The family were, at all times, engaged and approved new arrangements and/or carer as the next phase of his illness led to changes. Seeing the calm interaction between my brother and his carers and the pleasure he got from their attendance gave us a great feeling of relief and, despite the odd blip, we often felt that they went above and beyond when a problem arose. On my moving away, we arranged for him to go into a care home near me and Caremark helpfully supported the move. We brought his carer to stay for a few days to settle him in which was of great benefit not only to him but also the staff in the home. We would like to thank Caremark and their excellent team of carers and admin who looked after him with such warmth and dedication.

One of the best companies that have looked after my mother over the years. The carers are not just doing their jobs but ended up like family to Mum. Caremark are an excellent agency, I am so pleased to have found them. The most important thing for my dad is that he can maintain his independence whilst being supported to be safe at home, Caremark has done that with grace, integrity and warmth. Every carer has been attentive and conscientious and even more important - friendly. It is so wonderful to have finally found an agency that my dad feels relaxed with and is happy to receive the support provided. It is not easy to find the right agency and we are delighted with Caremark. Dad is now happy to do more than he was doing before working with Caremark and that is so great for me to see (his daughter) and for him too. The staff back at the office are all so understanding and provide prompt and efficient communication, an excellent team.

My family will always be grateful to have found Caremark (Wandsworth). We would have no hesitation in recommending them, in fact, I have already done so. The service provided by the admin team was always efficient and made sure that our requests were carried out. This was not always easy for them as the needs of our parents sometimes changed very quickly. The carers were consistent, punctual, extremely kind and became part of the family. We were concerned initially about having someone in the house, but the carers soon became irreplaceable and were as good as being there ourselves. I cannot stress enough what a huge difference Caremark made to all our lives over the past few years. Our parents' lives, and ours, have been much enhanced with Caremark's involvement.

Caremark is an excellent agency. The director and supervisor/co-ordinator lead by example. They are kind, accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. The carers are universally reliable, punctual, thoughtful, humorous and kind. I am so glad to have discovered Caremark. I feel very safe in their very capable hands.

Caremark supplied exemplary care for my mother who is very frail and has dementia over a period of six months. The carers were extremely kind and caring and managed her medication, meals and latterly help with personal care, cleaning and laundry. Each week she usually had the same carer visiting with one or two who covered any gaps. The staff in the office and management were always responsive and helpful and ensured that, without fail, she would receive a scheduled visit to meet her needs. This was impressive given that service provision started at the beginning of lockdown.

My husband's carers looked after him and me for three and a half years. They were outstanding in their care. They were professional, kind, intelligent, caring, fun and very loving to my husband. He lived at least a year longer than expected due to the standard of their care. They became like family and my family and I will be forever grateful that they were part of our lives during this special time. It took a team of more than ten carers to look after him over this period of time. We could not have had better and I would recommend this team to anyone.
