I would recommend Burgundy because the care team really do care. Tasks to support Mum are provided with a friendly, mature and genuine concern for Mum's well-being and health. The care sector has many pressures, Burgundy will always strive to deliver as best as it can.

Unfortunately, my mum has recently passed away, but I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after my mum from April 2020 until June this year. Many of the staff also went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure she was safe. The compassion and level of care shown enabled Mum to stay in her own home far longer than I ever thought would be possible. Thank you all.

We started with Burgundy Care in January 2022 and are still going strong. We feel very lucky to have the Burgundy team prompting Mum to take her medication and encourage her to eat and drink and provide pleasant company. We could not do without this as we do not live nearby. The care Burgundy provides, enables Mum to stay in her own home.

Every one of the carers that come to care for my mum is professional and provides an efficient service. They always make sure Mum is well looked after and has everything she needs around her on each visit.

My mum really likes all the carers. They take time on each visit to care for her needs and always have a friendly chat with her. She looks forward to each visit and has got to know each of them quite well. It is a great comfort to my sister and I, that she likes the people and trusts each and every one of them.

Thank you to the ladies who visit Mum, for the kindness and patience shown to her during her illness. Also, to the staff in the office for the help and advice and a willingness to listen, no matter how small the issue may seem and a willingness to go the extra mile.

The carers who visit my mum are all lovely and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Not only do they treat my mum with respect, they also take the time to chat with her. Knowing my mum is happy, means a lot to us.

Brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble. My mum has come on so much since the carers got involved. All the carers are very friendly and look after my mum very well. I don't worry about my mum now, because I know she is well looked after.

Burgundy Care has been helping my wife to bathe and dress since the beginning of 2021, in that time we have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, patient and courteous. We are satisfied with the care my wife is necessary.

I find Burgundy Care Services to be thoughtful and reliable in the care of my father, and responsive in emergency situations.

Most of the staff are excellent, very caring and kind. The management always supportive if any problems arise. In a perfect world, same time, every visit would be good, but I know with holidays, sickness etc, this isn't possible, but they do the very best they can.

As the daughter of a client that also works full time. Myself and my mother rely on her caregivers 100% of the time. The carers a Burgundy Care could not be more helpful from providing all aspects of care to just having a chat with my mum. Through lockdown just spending time to talk to my mum is just as important as administering her medication. I am so grateful for the job that they do.

We found Burgundy to be very professional and caring. They listened to what my mum/we said and they used their initiative and obvious experience to make Mum's last few weeks at home as comfortable as possible.

A reliable, friendly and trustworthy care company who are doing a fantastic job of caring for my elderly Grandmother, ever since the initial meeting and setting up the first call with the manager's over two years ago. Burgundy care have helped give peace of mind to our family that our Gran is being cared for by highly trained staff, in the comfort of her own home. They are helpful in notifying us when there is anything she requires or they have concerns for her health and well being. There are particular carers who go above and beyond the call of duty especially one who once helped out when my Gran’s freezer needed defrosting and another staff member who has thought to notify us when she required a new television and aerial amongst other things. We cannot thank the staff at Burgundy Care enough for the time and care they take in looking after our Grandmother.

I cannot fault this amazing care service in anything, during the looking after of my father. The understanding, patience and professionalism made the last days of my dad's life so comfortable. He looked forward to the visits and my meetings with every single one of these angels, filled me and my family with complete gratitude and appreciation for their efforts. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks for everything.

I have written this review after discussing it with my husband who has Parkinson's disease. Prior to October 2018, I was his sole carer. During a routine conversation with the Council, I told them that we were very pleased with Burgundy and the staff and service they provide.

Burgundy Care are an excellent company. My Mum (94) is blind and has dementia. They understand her difficulties. Their time keeping is excellent and the staff are awesome.

My experience of Burgundy Care Services is generally very good; depending rather between different carers in circumstances. I find them all willing to help with anything I need, within the time allowed. They are all very cheerful and we always have a good laugh about things. Although they do have to spend a lot of time writing the log sheets etc.

Overall very impressed with the service. A little more consistency with timings of visits but appreciate the difficulties with this. Ideally would like regular familiar carers but again appreciate the difficulty of guaranteeing this.

Burgundy Care provides a sitting call to my mum once a month, they take her out for the day, wherever she fancies going. My mum looks forward to this time and it gives my dad a much-needed break.
