I'm very happy with the care that I received. The people are friendly and very helpful.
My review went very well, lovely lady. We had plenty to say to each other.
Brought in to replace a failing care provider in 2019, as always started off well and then from 2021 deteriorates. Care package was being switched about unauthorised. The registered care manager made endless promises to myself and social services of improvements. Failure to follow basic hygiene standards. Admitted to hospital end of 2022. By 2023 client file was unlawfully accessed to obtain my number sending inappropriate late night calls and texts, substandard investigations despite obvious dishonesty from a male carer alleging mental health issues on my part when I haven’t any, company gave second chance only for the same carer to be found watching me outside my property. Demonstrations of insubordination, inexperienced carers (caught on CCTV). Giving out key codes to unauthorised visitors, leaving property unsecured and blaming my relative who lacks capacity. Grandiosity from Registered Care Manager. Sad as they do have some very good carers but unfortunately they’re a minority.
