Mum has Alzheimer's and still lives at home but was starting to struggle to cope with the basics of life and looking after herself and the house without significant extra support earlier this year. All the ladies who have visited Mum have been great. Not only do they all seem caring and friendly but have been very proactive and helpful - for example going out to buy extra ready meals when the regular home delivery provider had a temporary problem, spotting Mum had a skin problem and getting her a prescription from her GP/pharmacy. They have also put in place sensible checks, such as checking the fall alarm and smoke alarm without me asking them to do so and they call me to report any concerns or observations from time to time. I can't recommend them highly enough!
I had my first break of five days away since 2020 and I was so confident in Prestige that I even dared go abroad, to France. The manager took time and trouble to arrange the most suitable times for the visits and to choose carers my husband knows well and who know our house and his routines. The carers are all superb at their job and managed to keep him clean, safe and well-fed all week, even providing him with daily treats and a glass of wine with his evening meal (as requested!). They even laughed (or sighed?) at his jokes. When I returned the house was spotless and I could see from the detailed care reports that carers had cleaned the floor, emptied the bins and urinal bottles, washed and dried sheets and bed pads, provided him with a choice of breakfasts, lunches and evening meals every day - and all with good humour and lots of chatter too. My husband was very relaxed when I got home and had nothing but praise for them all. Thank you Prestige, I shall do it again.

I migrated from another agency in town to Prestige. The other agency provided good care, but the coordination of times, dates and invoices lacked precision. I've had good care from Prestige and the admin is much better. I was familiar with some of the staff because they too have migrated from the other agency to Prestige. Overall, a friendly and efficient service.
We have been so happy with the care and diligence shown by the carers since Prestige started to support my mum. Nothing is too much trouble. My mum looks forward to their visits and as a result has a much rosier outlook on life. I cannot recommend Prestige enough. Thank you Jackie and the team.
I have been a client of Prestige (Halesworth) for over three years. My needs include care treatment for my legs twice daily. All the Prestige carers, without exception, I have found to be most conscientious in their work and pleasant people to deal with.
Having had support morning and evening, I have been very grateful for the service I have received. It has been of great help to my wife.
I have nothing but praise for the Halesworth branch and its manager and the two exceptional ladies who help me during the week. Nothing is too much for them.
I am very happy with my care, the carers (female) are excellent, and they look after me very well.
I receive 2 hours respite care funded by a local Dementia Carers Fund. The carer who attends for 2 hours on Wednesday afternoons is a wonderful lady who has helped us with many aspects of my duties.
