Dad has been benefitting from 'waking nights care' provided by Ethos for a while now - following some 'night-time issues'. We have been very happy with the carers, who have been able to 'fit in' with Dad following some initial reservations. I believe we were 'guinea-pigs' for the Waking Nights Service - which wasn't previously offered but I hope the company consider expanding to include this as part of their regular offerings. If this does happen I would strongly encourage others to see this as a good route for their loved ones to remain in their own houses, compared with the alternative.

Ethos Care was recommended to us by the daughter of a previous client. It was an excellent recommendation - we are extremely pleased. The management are proactive and very keen to help and will always try to make and succeed in making any adjustment I request to the care calendar. For example, they will accommodate requests for one-off extra support if required. I don't envy the people arranging the carer's calendar - they do an excellent job. We normally see the same two carers but have others because of days off etc. Each one has been excellent in assisting my wife who required full assistance with her activities of daily living. Each has been empathetic, caring, cheerful and hard-working. I particularly like the app used by Ethos. From a client's perspective, it has an up-to-date calendar so you know exactly when a carer is due to arrive. The timetabling is extremely accurate - normally the carers arrive exactly on time or on very rare occasions never more than 5 minutes late. This provides certainty for the client and excellent customer-focused care.

Ethos Care Services have provided a top class service to my mother who is 99, for the last two years. She thinks the carers are great and having met many of them myself I agree with her. They do the basic things very well and are always available to handle any additional requests as required.She thrives on social interaction with them and has been noticeably more animated since their visits began. The management and administration is also very efficient and quick to respond. I would be more than happy to recommend his company.

I suggest you give a from to date for the period time I.e from August 23---- january 24. Which allows clients to submit a review every few months? I am so pleased with the care as support I get from all the staff, especially after the disappoint ments of people i found myself. Keep up the good work.

Ethos have been providing my elderly father with care in his home for several weeks. He has dementia and other health issues. I am very happy with the work their team has done for him and he has also expressed his gratitude for their work. They provide helpful notes from each care visit through a secure online system and contact me whenever something requiring discussion or a decision arises. All their staff I have met or contacted have been professional, friendly and approachable.

I have had Ethos providing my care for over 12 months now, and in all that time, they have been efficient, reliable and extremely pleasant, always on time, and on the rare occurrence that they have been late, it has been when there has been an emergency elsewhere. I have an unpleasant skin condition which they have been extremely sympathetic with and managed very well.

I find that all the staff are all very obliging and will do all that is asked of them. I try to do most things myself, but if I have an off day, I know that they will be there for me.

Since engaging Ethos Care we have been delighted with the office staff and all the carers who visit my aunt. They all appreciate my aunt's needs and are sympathetic to the challenges of her dementia. The carers are always kind and understanding and my aunt looks forward to their visits.

Ethos is a very reliable care company, very polite and courteous, available to assist with any problems that you may have. I would definitely 100% recommend Ethos for those who are looking for care. The staff arrive on time and are very professional at their job.

I have been extremely happy with every aspect of the care that Ethos has provided to my 96-year-old father this year, and I am grateful for the thoughtfulness and compassion of all their carers. As his needs increased, the Ethos team were always able to find a solution to provide further cover (on one occasion, they even assisted him on the 100-yards walk to and from his social hub so that he could play bingo)! My father has had many falls this year, and on occasions, two staff members managed to juggle the team so that someone could stay with Dad until an ambulance arrived. The online portal where each carer provides a detailed update of their visit as soon they leave a client also gives instant access to any areas of concern and is a fabulous resource. Relatives are also able to add their comments, which are usually picked up quickly by the team. All staff are pleasant. All in all, a very professional set-up. Thank you, Ethos!

The managers at Ethos Care services have been amazing this year. Mum was very reluctant to have care support, despite her needs. They have been professional, patient, flexible and always willing to find solutions to requests we have made. The online portal is very helpful in communicating messages between the care team and family. We are able to keep each other up to date daily with health issues and changes. The managers will also alert any health needs to the local GP practice if they have a concern. The care team that visit Mum have also been patient and kind with Mum's changing needs over the months of supporting her. I appreciate all the team do for Mum and our family.

My elderly mother has been very satisfied and happy with the careers at Ethos, who undertake three daily visits. I have found Ethos to be well managed and a professional organisation. They have been most proactive in keeping in contact with me and supporting Mums extra needs, such as health appointments (doctor, dentist, optician). This has been important for me, as I do not live locally. Ethos has been her care provider for the past 4-years.
