View Full Details of Purity Care LtdThank you for all your help and for acting quickly to organise the care for my mum. My mum has been very happy with the carers who have been around and they have been friendly and helpful. She really appreciated having the company as well. I would not hesitate to use this service again. I have found the whole process quick, convenient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend you to others. Thank for you your help and support during my mum’s convalescence.
The service has always gone above and beyond for my father. From the start due to my father's specific needs the manager had my father's carers go through the requisite training before starting my father's care. Although there were a few bumps at the start these were all sorted by the end of the first week. The main carers are absolute angels for taking care of my father. You can tell the carers genuinely love what they do.
Purity Care was recommended to us in 2017 by our doctor when my mother had a stroke. They are a wonderful team. My mother has three visits a day, she looks forward to seeing the carers, she feels safe and secure with them. My mother tells me all about the visits. They are interested in her hobbies, conversations and they make her laugh! This has built her confidence and given her more independence. They are kind, friendly, gentle and give her dignity. The carers follow a care plan to support her medical needs and well-being. We keep in regular contact and the Purity Care app has the care plan and carers notes. The Carers write detailed notes to inform Purity Care and myself of each visit on how my mother is and any medical advice. The manager is amazing! She goes above and beyond supporting my mother and our family. She is kind, supportive and gives very good advice. Thank you to all Purity Care team for your continued support to give my mother the quality of life she deserves.
Purity Care have cared for my mother for over three years. The overall standard of care has been excellent. If I need to contact the office at any time I always receive a polite and caring response. The carers are there on time and are polite and courteous. The one criticism I have is that Mum had a small group of carers who all got to know her really well and the care Mum received was amazing. However, recently new staff have been taken on by Purity Care and Mum no longer has all of her usual carers she has been used to and she struggles to bond with the new carers at times.
This company has always been late to the scheduled times of care registered on the database with no call to explain why. Always have to phone to find out where the carers are. Sometimes over an hour late. When care is given the carers have never stayed the length of time booked for. The manager is very abrupt and rude. No understanding at all. They employ and transfer internationals over who do not really speak English and expect them to complete care which is never to a very good standard. I would however say that there are a few carers in this employment who did go above and beyond. There is no continuity of care, more often than not it is different every day. Complaints never followed up from the manager.
My sister and myself have struggled to get palliative care for my dad. When the Purity Care Ltd staff took over it was such a relief for us as they really know what they are doing. They are so helpful and supportive, they go that extra mile and most of all they really care about the person they are attending to and those around them too. I am so grateful they are in our lives looking after our dad for the remaining time he is has left. Thank you to an amazing team.
