My husband has never felt uncomfortable during personal care. The smiles and cheerful words from all staff have given a much needed boost when needed. Caremark first class.
We had some accidental damage to my husband's power chair. Care Mark quickly stepped in and repaired the chair with no problems whatsoever. Couldn’t be faulted. The chair is now as good as new. The care my husband receives is very good. The carers are polite, friendly, and professionally go about their job.
Caremark have provided excellent care for my mum. The carers are all so kind and considerate, the care they have provided to my mum was fantastic. Whenever we got in touch with the support staff it was never any problem. Highly recommend Caremark.
Excellent care from the carers, always go above and beyond I can honestly say they are the best. They saved my life in 2022 knowing I was poorly and reassuring me going to the hospital I would be ok. Always found the field care supervisor supportive when visiting, overall, would definitely recommend Caremark to anyone.
From supervisors, office staff through to carers the care and empathy and understanding are the best we have ever had. The cheerful carers who only want to please you and make you feel individually important are outstanding. Any calls to the office are promptly dealt with, with understanding and efficiently. A company that cares for their employees as well as their clients makes a happy environment. My Mum is over the moon and content and looks forward to seeing the carers every day. The team at Caremark have made life a lot easier for my mum whilst she still lives at home. The staff are really cheerful and Mum responds well to their upbeat and personal greetings. The staff are very approachable for any concerns or enquiries I may have and where possible everything has been attended to in a short space of time. Thank you for your support.
Carers arrive on time, wear the correct PPE and we have lovely chats as I shower and get ready. Carers are respectful of myself, my home and others living here. Office staff answer the telephone in a timely manner and are always polite and helpful.
I am very happy with Caremark in the way they interact with me and my brother, nothing is any trouble for them. Sometimes they will go above and beyond their duty. He enjoys their companionship. Overall, the care has been good. Would recommend them.
All carers that come to my mum's home are wonderful. They always go above and beyond their role, which is lovely. My mum has grown very fond of the carers and relies on them heavily. All staff and management are lovely to talk to and we feel as a family that her care is exceptional. Well done Caremark.
Have found carers very polite and extremely helpful, mainly on time. Most interact very well with my husband. He is kept clean and comfortable. Overall care has been good.

Since Caremark have taken over my friend's care package, I have been really happy with the care; how she always looks clean and fresh and the ideas and suggestions they make for her.
Everyone from the Caremark team has shown care, compassion, patience and love in abundance to my mother. Everyone who visited my mother went out of their way to make her smile. I would recommend their service to you.
The care that I am receiving can be up and down depending on who provides the care, this can be very difficult for me if they cannot understand what I am saying because I have Cerebral Palsy, also when I have medication and it should be every four or five hours, so when my calls are too close together this means that I cannot have any medication. When I have set times that are agreed with them and they come when they want.
Caremark looked after my father-in-law for almost five years and the carers became his friends, as well as caring for him. Over the years the faces changed, but always they all were caring, efficient and friendly.
On the assessment visit, we were told that there would be three main carers. Since then we have very rarely had any of them. In fact, there have been 25+ different carers. Breakfast calls mostly between 10.15 and 11 a.m. By this time service user has attempted to wash and make his own breakfast etc Domestic tasks were put in the care plan but they very rarely get done. Thirty-minute calls often only last ten minutes. Worktops were left dirty and pots piled up on the drainer for days. Discovered today that the kitchen bin had fur and mould growing in the bottom and bin liners had just continuously been put in on top of it. This was the day after a two-hour domestic call. Very dissatisfied overall and have made enquiries to move to another care company.
Overall, both my mother and I are satisfied with the quality of care provided by Caremark. All staff are courteous, respectful and professional at all times. However, I would criticise the timekeeping because carers are required to attend in the morning between 9 and 9.30 am but regularly arrive after 10.30. Whilst my mother is not being put in any danger, this was the agreed time for the carer to attend to help with breakfast, dress and ensure she has taken her medication.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. They failed to care for my mum in so many areas, putting her life at risk numerous times. They need a lot more trained and caring staff in all areas including the office.
Time keeping not great. General standards are not good. Staff not adhering to care plan. Office staff unhelpful. I wish we would have known beforehand what we were getting into. Much more training is needed in all areas.
A thorough assessment of Mum's needs, likes, dislikes and requirements were discussed with myself and Mum by the senior staff. Care plans have been put in place that reflect this which ensure Mum receives a very high standard of care on each visit as all carers have access to this information. Carers have been introduced to Mum by senior members of staff. I also have access to the care plans via the homecare app which also allows us to view who is visiting Mum and when. The senior staff are quick to respond if there are any issues/concerns of which there have been very few. So far Mum, myself and my family are impressed and grateful for the service provided by Caremark. Thank you.
