We changed over to the Local Care Group after constantly being let down by previous care agency. From day one mum was lots happier with the way she was treated and quickly loved the carers who came. The carers that visited mum didn't just look out for her, but also dads wellbeing. They spent 2 hours with mum a couple of days a week so dad could get on with things he wasn't able to do before. We will definitely give details to anyone who needs care support. Thank you so much for everything you did for mum and dad.

I am very pleased with all the care that is provided. All the carers are polite and work to the highest standards whilst providing care. I have had other agencies in the past but The Local Care Group outshine every other agency. I am very happy with the company and my sister agrees that they are the best agency that I have had looking after me. Keep doing what they are doing!

By far the best care company we have used. The staff are outstanding and know all of my wife's needs. We are always kept informed of visiting times and contacted if this needs to change temporarily. The care is carried out in an efficient, polite and patient manner, with dignity.

The Local Care Group have made such a difference in my life. I suffer from numerous health conditions, frequently requiring hospital admissions. I could not wish for better care both when my health demises at home and then the immediate care in place for when I’m discharged from the hospital. Their help with physical issues to jobs I can’t manage, they have helped me so much in rehabilitation and day-to-day care. Their friendliness and support have changed my life during such difficult times. It’s not just been the physical help but the mental help too. All of my carers, whilst maintaining professionalism, make me feel like I have a good friend coming around to help me. This makes such a difference because life is hard to deal with. I literally cannot thank everyone from the company enough, you really don’t know how much you have helped me!

We are very happy and reassured by the standard of care given to my relative. We are also very happy with the company management. It is a huge relief to us all after the significant difficulties we experienced prior to this company. My relative is happy and settled with the excellent professional care he receives.

Mostly kind and considerate to Mum. Quality of care is variable depending on the carer - some are in a rush and do not always respond to Mum's requests. The level of training and understanding of the needs of the client are also variable.

I'd like to thank the team who looks after my sister. The care she receives is outstanding; she is treated with dignity, respect, kindness and compassion. The team show they care but are never patronising and always make sure my sister's wishes and feelings are respected and maintain appropriate, professional boundaries at all times. During a recent extremely difficult time, she felt supported and reassured by your presence, and the carers really did go the extra mile and supported not only my sister but her family, too. I contacted The Local Care Group in desperation as my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness and couldn't be discharged from hospital to me as the hospital didn't have a care package in place. The Local Care Group acted very quickly to secure me with care to enable my father to be discharged. The Local Care Group treated my Father with genuine care, respect and humility and was also a support to me during this time, understanding my concerns as well as my father's. If I ever needed care assistance in the future, I would contact them without hesitation. Thank you all for your help, care and understanding at a very difficult time.

Care providers are very professional and competent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work is always of a high standard and quality of care delivered is very good. Always willing to listen and take on board any issues or concerns raised, ensuring these are addressed appropriately in a professional manner. The Local Care Group have been looking after my parents for 18 months. I can not praise the level of care that my parents receive enough. The quality of care and respect shown to my parents has been amazing. The staff are friendly, caring and compassionate. They are a ray of sunshine every time they call, filling the house with laughter. I thoroughly recommend The Local Care Group. Thank you to all at The Local Care Group.

What a lovely bunch of girls. They go above and beyond with the care they give. I would be lost without them. They are there 24-7, so if I need any advice during the day or night they are there for us.
