Highly recommended. The team from Nurseplus Care at home (Bristol) went above and beyond to enable my 86-year-old mother to return home from hospital after a stroke and fire at her home. Not only were they able to provide the care we needed, they were able to arrange it with just 24 hours' notice - all the other care providers I spoke to said they might be able to arrange something in a couple of months... The care providers used were excellent, helping my mother regain her independence while ensuring she was safe and cared for. On one occasion, when my mother had to return to the hospital, the care provider stayed to provide company until the ambulance arrived at 4:00 in the morning, even though his shift finished at 8:00 the previous evening. And a special shout out to the care manager who arranged everything, gave up her evenings and weekends to ensure the care was in place and was very proactive in keeping me informed of any issues. Finally, the app is a simply brilliant idea.

One staff member is a very knowledgeable, caring, helpful, supportive and funny carer who I clicked with instantly. Nothing is too much trouble, greets me from the taxi and leaves me at the taxi at the end of the day. She gets on great with my support dog which is great, she cares for him as she does me.
