Had a great experience with Right at Home Ealing and Hounslow, who supported me in looking after my mother with some help she needed for a few weeks. The care staff were very friendly and the whole process from start to end was handled with care and good attention to what I had asked for. Will be calling upon their services again.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. A lot to ask but the director and his team have been brilliant in providing the best of care for our loved ones. I'd recommend their services as they are transparent, collaborative in their approach and you feel safe with them.

My father has had 24-hour live-in care for six months since suffering from a hip operation and losing confidence in managing on his own. The carer organised for him has been excellent in all ways. She feeds him well and he has put on weight as he needs, he has regular help with showers, overnight issues, hospital and doctor appointments. She checks he is taking his medication and his communication skills are excellent. Above all, she has been good company and relates well to him.

I was finding it difficult to continue helping my father, who is in his eighties and who has dementia, to remain independent in his home on my own, and having such wonderful and kind carers come to support him has made a huge difference. Everyone has been so incredibly helpful and efficient in setting-up and delivering support for him, and communication with me has been faultless. In addition to the actual care that is provided, I felt that real consideration was given as to which carers would be suitable from a personality perspective, and this allows my father to benefit from a companionship aspect too. I particularly like the fact that my father was introduced to each of the carers who go to support him by the manager, and that he will always know the person who comes to provide his care.

I have been using this agency RAH for years, they cared for my mum until she died in 2020 and they still continue to help me care for my sister whom has learning disabilities and lives with me and my daughter. I find them always to be reliable, professional and a very well run agency. They also provide live in respite for my sister when I take my 10 yr daughter on holiday. The manager Halina always does her best to ensure I have a carer named Ivone whom my sister knows well, she is amazing, I can go away and completely relax knowing my sister is in great hands. I completely trust this agency in charge of care for my sister above all other options I have. I can honestly say if all carers were as good as this agency provides a lot of people relying on carers would be happy and content in their own home. I have tried other agencies before I came across this one, and they have never given me the reason to seek another care agency. 100% recommend.

My friend is happy with her care because it enables her to remain in her own home, which is her wish. The carer is friendly, punctual, helpful and understanding of my friend's mild dementia. The agency staff are very supportive of her, especially if I am away and she needs medical attention, staying with her into the early hours when an ambulance had to be called on one occasion. They also keep me informed of any problems they may encounter on their visits and discuss the best course of action to help her. I am confident if I go away, I have left her in safe hands and that on a daily basis; they have her care and best interests at heart.

I literally cannot fault the care being given to my godmother (dementia). Right at Home has carefully selected the right carers for her personality and great attention is paid to the consistency in that. All visits are punctual, the carers are interested and engaging and will go the extra mile. From the manager to the office staff at Right at Home, I cannot fault the communication and desire to assist on any matter and are always on call. A very lucky find and cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been extremely happy with the care and support my parents have received from Right at Home. The carers have been well chosen to meet the individual needs of the client(s), especially those that have challenging dementia behaviour like my parents. All the carers were respectful, patient and understanding and have shown nothing but warmth, compassion, empathy and care. Liaising with the care manager, the care coordinator and the finance team has always been very friendly and professional and nothing has ever been too much trouble even at short notice. So glad we found RAH as it has given us peace of mind to know that our parents are in safe and excellent care.

We have lovely carers for dad. We have the same carer during the week and another one at the weekend. They help with medication, meals, and some housekeeping duties. The carers are very kind and have been a great support for dad as he has been through a difficult time recently. The carers let me know if there is anything concerning them about Dad so that I can take prompt action. The office staff are very flexible and will do their best to accommodate any changes to the schedule. I don't live near my dad so it's important for me to know that he is seeing someone who has his best interests at heart every day. I would definitely recommend Right at Home.

Right at Home has been a saviour for me in keeping my elderly mother in her own home. The staff are so kind, trustworthy, and patient with my mother. They try and keep the same carers visiting and this gives Mum continuity in her needs and makes her feel happy and contented. They carry out their caring tasks without any fuss and often take Mum for nice walks to keep up her mobility. I find this service very reliable and well organised. The office staff are always on call if need be and are very pleasant at all times. Mum and I are very happy with this service and feel we were very lucky to find Right at Home.

We have used Right at Home (Ealing) for home care for my mum for several years and we are very impressed with the service provided. The carers look after her extremely well, the communication between them and us is very good. They take great care to think about Mum's wellbeing and are always willing to go the extra mile. We have recommended Right at Home to other friends who were looking for a local care provider.

I have received the best care possible from my carer. She showered me and helps me wash. She gets all the things she can from the supermarket nearby for me. She is kind and listens to me if I have anything that bothers me. She doe my washing (clothes etc) because I cannot manage to myself (getting to the washing machine). I cannot balance well - I wear a catheter, so she mops the floor for me. She also advises me on what to eat and drink.

Right at Home provide daily help to my sister who is in her 80s, physically fragile and has a compromised memory. Their competent, warm hearted and consistent helpers have enabled her to live alone in her own home and have given her family and friends the fullest confidence that the everyday practicalities of her life are taken care of. Right at Home are meticulous and sympathetic in their communication with myself and we have the fullest confidence in their disciplined approach to handling the Coronavirus protocols around visiting a household. Their office staff are informed, responsive and always friendly.

I have been using Right at Home Ealing for something like 3 years now and I cannot fault them. They have been exceptionally caring, kind, helpful and I don’t know what we would have done without them in these difficult times of the Covid-19 virus. When the lockdown started, I was unable to order online food shopping for my father and Right at Home stepped in and dealt with these difficulties by doing his food shop as well as the normal care that they provide. The carers are simply wonderful – every single one of them. They really do have kind hearts and they go out of their way to ensure my father is well looked after. The office staff are efficient, friendly and accommodating, just like the carers. As always, they have been extremely helpful for our family and we could not have coped without them in these strange times. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are 100% happy with them. They truly are a great company to work with.

We have found Right at Home to be a very caring and professional organisation. They have looked after my mother for over a year, once a day to three times a day on occasions. Nothing is too difficult for them and I have complete confidence in their service. The carers have all been lovely and caring to my Mother. I had had a bad experience in the past with another care company and it is nice to know that there are companies like Right at Home in the care industry who can achieve the standard required.
