Delighted my dad's service with Alltogether Care Services continued after a hospital stay. Care is reliable and consistent. Some tremendous individuals work with my dad. The company is very good at providing support and advice to all the family. Great office support too, with quick, honest and professional responses to queries.

The service provided by Alltogether Care Services has been excellent. The care package was set up in hospital and smoothly transitioned to home. The carers come 4x daily and meet all the needs of my aunt. The carers are friendly and support my aunt and encourage her independence, which my aunt is keen to maintain. The carers keep me updated and are happy to contact me.

Our experience with Alltogether Care Services is an excellent one. The carers are much appreciated for their companionship, friendship and commitment to the care of my husband. The management is always pleasant and helpful. I am very grateful for the respite, knowing my husband is happy and in safe hands.

Mum is well looked after by the carers. She has a good relationship with all her carers and looks forward to the daily visits. They look after her 4 times a day and see her as a person, not a job.

As Mum's main carer, have found that with Mum's background of ongoing dementia, it is really helpful to consistently have the same carer from Alltogether Care (except in the case of staff holidays/illness). I'm sure that this has helped her form a very strong bond and lessened her confusion

We have only had this service for three weeks but have been very satisfied with the provision and especially with how the staff introduced the service and with the way two members of staff in particular have carried it out each day dealing with my wife's severe memory loss. It has been much appreciated.

My son has received support from Altogether Care Services for nearly a year now part-time for a while with a great trained staff member, then they got more trained staff in place to give my son more hours which I thought was very professional and caring. The boys that attend to him have been excellent, they take him out into the community which he really enjoys and you can see this with his beautiful smile. He has a rapport with each one of them. All the office staff have been great too and have helped me immensely. Giving me some me time. Thank you Altogether Care Services.

We have always found the team on the ground to be excellent. The staff interact with the family here very well, treat all of us well and provide a high-quality interaction with my mum and dad. I have said before in a very good way it's like having friends come around to help rather than a company coming in.

Alltogether Care staff have looked after my parents for over six months. The carers have all been pleasant and friendly. Some of the staff were more proactive than others at seeing things to be done. Naturally, some of the carers had a stronger relationship with them than others. We are all individuals. The most difficult thing has been the amount of changes that my folks have had to handle. Changes in rota/staff and timings are not easy for elderly people to manage. However, the best thing is, during some difficult times, I have been extremely grateful that someone is attending to their needs on a regular basis, allowing some much-needed respite.

The support that Alltogether Care Services have given my father and by doing so also myself, has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble by the care team, they treat my father with dignity and respect and he looks forward to their visits. It has given me peace of mind knowing that for the time they are spending with him, he is in very good hands. Not to mention helping my father with some household chores and making my shopping lists, this means my time with my father is quality time with him and not spent checking the cupboards and such. Thank you team Alltogether.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Altogether Care. The girls are friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Nothing is a bother. They both have a fantastic rapport with Mum. Great service provided by great people.

Alltogether provide an excellent service. Carers are well-trained, attentive and very friendly. Communication is great, visit times are provided far in advance and their care is tailored to meet my all mum's needs. I would highly recommend this company.

My daughter needed support for college three days a week, and the girl we got has been absolutely brilliant. Brilliant social skills, get on well with the other kids, lecturers and staff. She really got to know my daughter and has helped her be independent. We had another girl, and she was also brilliant in helping my daughter in maths with a better way of counting. At the moment, my daughter gets support three days out, and all the girls have been amazing doing outings and getting her nails done (only girl syndrome). It has been a very positive experience for my daughter and my family.

My mum receives care from Altogether Services. The staff are all exceptional, very professional and caring. They have tailored a care plan to meet her personal and social needs and this is kept under constant review. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
