I have only put praise for the girls that come in to assist my mam, they know how to handle her fragile body with care, they entertain her to take her mind off things, hoist her with care and position her correctly, and they sort her needs perfectly without complaint and always keep us informed if an issue arises, checking the family are ok too, high recommend.

The care given is of a consistently high standard. I trust the carers involved give my Mum the standard of care that she deserves. They give her all the support she requires to live comfortably at home where she feels happy and settled.

After an unhappy experience with a previous care company, MyCare Services were a breath of fresh air. Fantastic service, both in their care for my dad (who can be very challenging) and in their communication regarding absolutely everything. Nothing is too much trouble, the carers are pleasant, respectful and show compassion and their manager is excellent at her job, she is knowledgable, patient and displays genuine kindness. My dad is currently in hospital following their suspicion he was poorly and this literally kept him alive. We’re looking forward to having Dad home soon and restarting the same care again. Well done MyCare! A five-star company.

My family member is quadriplegic and has a tracheostomy and uses a ventilator. The MyCare team look after him and his needs 24 hours a day. We always find them to be friendly, totally supportive, proactive and compassionate. I could not imagine life without their support. They have allowed him to enjoy an excellent qualify of life within the constraints of his condition. There is a lot of laughter in the house which is a joy for him and all family members. I cannot recommend MyCare highly enough.

MyCare provides first-class support in a professional and caring manner. I cannot thank them enough not only for their practical support but for their emotional support. My mother who is terminally ill is being cared for by the MyCare team who are like an extended family. Living abroad, I am reassured that my mum has a first-class team looking after her daily needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the girls who go above and beyond their remit as carers and I am very grateful.

MyCare provide an excellent service to my mother, who is in her 90s and lives at home. The entire team are caring and friendly, but also very professional and proactive in looking after her needs and communicating with me as needed. They have gone out of their way to assist when needed, and we recommend them very highly.

Having used My Care for the past 20 months I find the carers to be of the highest standard. They have always treated me and my wife for a short time with great dignity and compassion. The carers are always happy, fantastic at their job and always leave you with a smile on your face. The management is always available to offer help and support no matter what time of day. Keep up the good work My Care, you are the best.

Over the past year, we have needed to use a variety of care services in order to enable my mother to stay at home. MyCare was by far the best. The care that they delivered was the sort of care that you would hope to receive if the need was there. All the staff were friendly and efficient, but much more than that, they delivered the support in the way that you would hope to get from family and friends.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to MyCare Services for their help, support and advice this past year. The team of carers who looked after Lily as she became gradually less mobile and more reliant on their support as her conditional deteriorated month by month and eventually day by day cared for her with outstanding professionalism and the utmost care and concern for her happiness and well-being. The 'girls' grew to know Lily and became not only friends to her but a special part of our family too. We were delighted that she had the same team of girls who really took the time to learn her interests and we were touched beyond words when the girls took the time to make Lily a CD of her favourite classical music. The MyCare team not only cared for Lily when she was at her most vulnerable but were a huge support to me particularly in her last few days. Thanks to their exceptional care Lily was able to remain at home right to the end and we cannot ever thank them enough.

Everyone of my fiancée's carers are worth their weight in gold, nothing is too much for them. Life has improved since they started. Her last care company was just interested in getting the call covered. But the girls at MyCare treat my fiancée so good, it's perfect care.
