We have been very pleased with the service provided by Right at Home (Swindon). The office is very efficient, responsive and pro-active. The carers are very good at engaging with my mother-in-law, and we are very pleased with the standard of care they give on a daily basis.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home. Living in New Zealand it's so reassuring that the Right at Home Carers are there to help not only with Dad's care needs but also to lend a helping hand around the house for Mum. The online updates of each visit put my mind at rest that everything is well with them both. All the Carers have been so very kind and caring and have even organised a doctor's visit when they were concerned that Dad needed medical attention. I don't know what I'd do without you all. Thank you to everyone, from the office staff to the carers themselves.

Right at Home provided an excellent level of care for my husband, always on time, always respectful, giving the best of care in a difficult situation while following all the rules and regulations. I would certainly recommend Right at Home.

The care and support they give to my dad is excellent, they show such compassion and care when dealing with someone is struggling with a number of issues. They treat him with dignity and they are a lifeline in ensuring he is able to stay at home. It is also so reassuring that I know he is receiving the best care and attention and gives me peace of mind. Communication from Right At Home is superb, from everyone based in the office and the carers and I appreciate how they will update me on any visits my dad receives from health visitors, district nurses and his GP. Keep doing the great work, it is very much appreciated by me and my dad.

Many thanks for all the care during the past 4 years. From our initial meeting, we have had contact with the office staff, the care visits have been always to time and a regular team of carers much appreciated. This was a difficult time too - COVID, all care visits continued - once again many thanks to all.
