We needed a care plan ASAP, The managers came to our rescue and were able to process the paperwork and start within two days. Fantastic team who are taking such great care of our Dad, showing kindness and compassion to our Mum and generally made the need for carers a happy experience all around. Both my brother and I are very grateful. Thanks, team.

Dad is very happy with the care he receives, and happy with his carers, very reliable and very efficient, would thoroughly recommend this company. Office staff are efficient in sending out rotas and are very helpful.

Wonderful, caring companion carers for my mother who suffers from Dementia. We needed some support with care for my mother and contacted Alina Homecare to see what they could offer, we haven't looked back. Mum has settled onto her weekly visits and is happy with her care.

Such lovely people, so understanding and very professional. Incredibly quick in replies to questions via email and always there at the end of the phone. Not only a great support for an elderly parent but also for a daughter who lives abroad. All the carers were very friendly and efficient, the organisation on the other end of the phone was very responsive and extremely helpful. Alina Homecare helped ease a very difficult time for our family.

Alina is extremely professional and maintains close contact with me. They schedule regular home visits to obtain feedback and any concerns or requests I may have. I was very impressed with the full details of my condition and the care plan being provided to me. My regular carers were assigned at my request and makes my time with them highly efficient. I would highly recommend Alina to anyone needing home health care.

I have only been receiving care from Alina for one month and the care has been excellent. The carers are kind, professional and respectful at all times and I am also delighted with the level of communication which has kept me informed at all times. The team at Poole made me feel very welcome and at ease, feeling more like family and regularly checking in with me to ensure all is well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I first contacted, the service manager was extremely helpful friendly, and listened to what we were looking for, I could tell at once that she cared about her and the team getting it right. When she and a colleague went to visit my mother-in-law my husband was there. They made it very clear it was what my mother-in-law wanted. Every query I had was answered promptly, what was promised was delivered and most of all my mother-in-law felt safe with the carers that were sent, they worked with her doing what mattered to her, giving her time in a professional and caring manner. We now know who to contact if she needs further support.

Everyone at Alina Homecare has been extremely kind, caring, supportive and knowledgeable. Both the friendly management team and fantastic carers. They are well organised and always take time to provide the best service that they can.

In general, the care provided was very good. The carers were friendly, efficient and sympathetic. I should have preferred a regular arrival time so that a routine could be easily established. Similarly, although there was one regular carer for most of the time, occasional new carers were a distraction to the one cared for.

We have only been using Alina HomeCare since the end of March when my wife came home after a lengthy stay in the hospital. My wife often needs a lot of encouragement to face the day, but the carer is excellent; she is very patient and empathetic and has been able to motivate her to get dressed and go out for a walk etc when my own efforts would have failed to cause me to become very stressed. The company normally sends out a weekly rota so that we know who is coming and when. The carer is very reliable and always on time.

Friendly care team, whom my mother likes. She looks forward to their visits on a regular basis. They have all got to know her requirements without her having to explain them. The only negative which I understand completely is the times on the timetable can change sometimes (only within 40 minutes on either side of the time slot) which to a 90-year-old, is hard to grasp and accept, especially if on the early side as she likes to be organised and ready and sometimes she’s not. Only minor but I have to go into explanations, the same explanations every time. I worked many years in care so I get it.

Alina Homecare has been very helpful in arranging care for my auntie, she seems so much happier now since increasing the visits. One of the carers has been very attentive in solving any issues we have had. Would recommend.

Alina Care has been extremely helpful in a very stressful time for my family. The level of care and dedication has been brilliant. The team that looks after my mum is fantastic. The office team are always on call and let you know if there are any problems. Nothing is too much for them. They also take my mum out on social visits and take her shopping which is invaluable. Well done Alina Care.

Minimal service required - lunchtime sandwich. The staff are friendly and efficient. Date/time schedule often received late or not at all.

Very good service. The carer we have fully understood our needs. The carer chats with my dad and understands the moods that dementia brings, and chats to my dad about things that Dad likes. Our carer is willing to assist Dad with his needs. I have recommended Alina to a friend who now also has carers for her mother from Alina. Did have a couple of issues in relation to days and times, but hopefully, there are now sorted.

Alina Homecare Poole has been absolutely outstanding in the care of my mother-in-law. From first contact, they have been super professional and caring. My mother-in-law has been in hospital a number of times and they have helped me coordinate her care and rehabilitation when returning home. Outstanding staff with a true dedication for the needs of elderly clients.

Excellent service from first contact with the office by phone, caring staff visiting my 91-year-old Uncle every morning. He looks forward to their visits, they are extremely professional, and friendly with compassion and respect. I would definitely recommend Alina Homecare.
