Right at Home have been supporting my stepfather since the start of December. The carers have all been fantastic, very kind and respectful and nothing is too much trouble. They help him with all aspects of his daily care, including knowing when to sit and listen and even joining in with his passion of reading poetry! They also support him in attending appointments and managing his calendar. The manager has been a constant source of support as I navigate my stepfather's Dementia journey and has been on hand to offer advice and expertise. My stepfather speaks very highly of Right at Home and looks forward to his carers visiting each day. They are helping to ensure he can stay in his own home for as long as possible and this gives me peace of mind, knowing he is so well looked after. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone needing this service, I have been very lucky to find such a supportive service for my stepfather.

Right at Home was recommended to us by close friends, and we are so grateful to them for the recommendation. From the start the administration was professional and efficient, and the staff who looked after our 95-year-old mother were, without exception, all kind, efficient, and hugely considerate. We had to go from a daily visit, right up to full-time care in the space of several months, and Right at Home was unfailingly adaptive and flexible. Could not speak more highly of our experience with this excellent care company.

From start to finish we are very pleased with the service. From the first phone enquiry the staff was very helpful and informative. My husband was very pleased with the carer, she always checked he was ok and did over and above what we requested and was good with our pets too.

Right at Home in Camberley provided first-class, effective, efficient, and most importantly compassionate care to my father-in-law during the last months of his life. The Registered Manager was a fabulous support and arranged last-minute care during the last days of his life quickly and without any fuss. My father-in-law's regular carer built up a great relationship with him and my mother-in-law in a short space of time and her care and practical support were invaluable. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for the professionalism of all the staff at Right at Home. I had complete trust in my requests and queries being acted upon during a very difficult and stressful time. Great leadership and management. Thank you.

Right at Home came to help us with my father who lived with us. He had dementia and was 95 years old. The care and help all the ladies gave was invaluable. They worked with us to provide the best care for his last year. We are so grateful for all Right at Home did and would recommend their services wholeheartedly.

Right at Home have taken care of both my parents for over a year now. We found them via a recommendation from a neighbour and employed them to help when caring for my mother became too much for my father alone. I honestly can’t praise them all highly enough, every carer really does care and has gone above the call of duty to help in so many extra ways from preparing shopping lists, taking items to hospital when either parent had a stay, collecting prescriptions or just being there and lending a ear. It has been so reassuring they are properly cared for as I live quite a distance away. I will miss my angels as I know my parents will as they now need to move to a home. Thanks for everything.

I have found the manager and her team just amazing, they have been so good at fitting in with my father’s needs and have always been so accommodating and understanding. The ladies, as my dad affectionately calls them, are all incredibly kind and helpful, they treat my father and my family with great respect and friendliness! They have always alerted me on when medications need to be requested, make shopping lists for me when I can’t, have arranged care to assist my dad with bathing and his personal hygiene and home cleaning (the house is cleaner now than it has been for a very long time). He enjoys all his meals made and prepared, along with a generous amount of ice cream at his request! They walk with Dad as far as he can when he is able and are genuinely very kind to him. I couldn’t have wanted more from a team that does such an important job and trusting role for me and my father! Thank you all.

I found Right at Home at a time when my dad, age 92 required consistent, reliable, professional and kind additional support. I found gold. They met all of Dad's needs. Not only did they support him but they supported me, his daughter and his carer at a time when I needed it. They bent over backwards to accommodate all our requirements. I cannot praise them enough. My dad sadly passed away this January (2023). His carer and the Right at Home manager went above and beyond on that very traumatic and sad day. Like I said, I found absolute gold in Right at Home. Thank you to all of them.

I cannot rate anything less than outstanding to all the workers within this organisation. The care, thought and overall dedication they have to their work is absolutely perfect! They go above and beyond your expectations on how they take care of your loved ones. They communicate regularly to reassure us on all aspects of their care! They deserve more than a medal and I cannot thank them all enough! Highly recommended and worth paying for care that goes above any other services when it comes to caring. We have decided to continue using them, due to the highest level of care and support . Thank you all!

Right at Home provided excellent care to my mum, who was sadly an end-of-life cancer patient with deteriorating mobility and care requirements. We had several visits daily, as well as a live-in carer, and their competence, professionalism and compassion were absolutely outstanding. They gave my mother dignity and compassion in her last months of life, and I cannot thank you all enough for making an awful time more bearable for all the family. I have already recommended Right at Home to any friends/family with care needs.

I cannot praise the carers and admin of this company highly enough. Throughout the last, long and difficult eighteen months, they have looked after my parents to a standard we could only have wished for, often going beyond what was required. All the staff have been flexible and always very caring and compassionate, not to mention very patient. We will always be grateful for what they have done for us.

We started using Right at Home for some holiday cover for my elderly parents whilst I was away for several weeks. We found the care very reliable and helpful and so have now continued with this for the longer term. The carers have been excellent and have been happily accepted by my parents. The office team has always responded promptly to any adjustments I have requested. I would certainly recommend their services.

The Right at Home team have been looking after my mum for a number of years, increasing daily hours as her needs and health dictated. I can't find fault - the carers were excellent and genuinely cared and the office team were timely in their communication. Don’t hesitate to use Right at Home to help care for your loved one. They have been coming in to help my elderly mother for the past four months and I can’t fault them at all. Communication with the office is good and any requests for different aspects of care have always been acted upon promptly and efficiently. Everyone I have dealt with has been very down to earth, no patronising talking down to the person receiving the care (which is rare in my experience!). My mother enjoys their visits and they have enabled her to stay in her home for longer than would otherwise be possible.

We were fortunate and pleased to have the same carer during the four weeks and one different one at weekends. This meant we were able to form a good relationship. They were always prompt, friendly but respectful and good at their job. In all, a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home (Camberley & Woking) to anyone.

Right at Home have been a wonderful support to our family over the past couple of months. Mum and dad have felt comfortable accepting the carer into their home, and every effort has been made to ensure consistency and to increase care as required. As dad has been in hospital, shifts have been moved around to enable more support for mum, and we have been kept regularly informed of any concerns they had about her wellbeing. Their carer has a bright, kind and positive manner and gently encourages them in their personal care and taking medication and also helps with simple household tasks to ensure the house is clean and safe. I would highly recommend Right at Home.

I am so happy with the care my mother has received. We moved back to Right at Home care as we missed the personal and professional touch. Carers we have experienced are kind and really interested in their clients, office staff always helpful and try their utmost to answer any questions, keeping you informed if carer may be running a little late. Mum's carer is always masked, gloved and wears an apron. I would advise anyone looking for care for a loved one to look at Right at Home for that peace of mind.
