As my wife and I are both mentally and physically able to take care of ourselves we don't use the care offered at Centurion House but we have always found staff to be helpful and polite. We do however have an issue with the charge for 'Core Care'. This was explained to be a charge for the Emergency Pull cords/pendants. The charge for October was 5 x £62.79 a total of £313.95 and this seems excessive for a service we are not likely to need as of now and have never made use of yet. Similar services are on offer in the market for less than £50.00.
