I love Able Trust Care Services they do a good job and me and my family are grateful for them. Thanks for the service. Done it for me. They have a great staff. We love them.
My father-in-law (98 years old) and we as a family are very happy with the service we are getting from Able Trust Care. The caregivers are very kind and gentle people. They are also very helpful and understanding of family requirements and also the client's requirements.
New carers are unfamiliar with routine, e.g. where clothes etc. are kept. Irregular time slots - anytime from 7:30 to 8:30 start. Very pleasant carers.
Fantastic review and care, this agency has been outstanding and very kind after being mistreated by her last agency.
My mother has been very pleased with the service from Able Trust Care. She feels that she is in good and capable hands on each visit. We have only ever had one minor issue, which was immediately dealt with by the company to our lasting satisfaction.
All of the carers from Able Trust Care provided an excellent level of care service. They were kind, gentle and considerate. They showed a good understanding of my mum's needs - her likes and dislikes. When feeding became difficult, they were patient, usually finding a way to encourage Mum to eat and drink something. Thank you from Mum's family.
I have found the carers very helpful. They treat my husband very well, cheer him up when they arrive and have a laugh with him, not always easy as he can be miserable. Very efficient with his washing and dressing. They are trustworthy and efficient.
The carers treat me with dignity and are sociable and friendly towards me and kind to my daughter. Usually on time but occasionally a bit late due to traffic or staffing issues. They are given the opportunity to wash their hands after the care with soap and towels provided. Sometimes I say they hurt me but I am all skin and bones so even my daughter can hurt me - it's not their fault. Overall it's a very nice experience for me to be clean and fresh. One carer has given me the 'oldest, smartest man award 2022' and another one sings to me - such fun.
Several staff have visited. Help with a shower, dressing, tablets, occasionally breakfast. Visting times werevaried. Saturdays seemed to be a problem - on 2 Saturdays I gave up - 12.10 and 1pm. All staff were cheerful and efficient. Thank you. Hopefully I will not need more help but will not hesitate to call.
The company provided help and care with personal hygiene and walking during my month of recuperation. Generally, the carers were interested and friendly and conversed with me during the performance of these tasks. I would recommend one of these who even offered to return to help me walk later in the day/evening as the air temperature was too great at that scheduled visit time. In addition, they checked that my wife was coping, gave us advice re articles to buy services to contact in need and also checked fluid intake during the heatwave reminding us of the need for higher water intake. Overall we were very pleased with the service provided.
The carers were considerate and courteous and notably were concerned for myself as a carer as well as my husband as the service user. They have cared for my husband during the initial four weeks of his recovery and with their help and support, he has made good progress. He has been greeted cheerfully, chatted with, given personal care and assisted with his mobilisation. We appreciated greatly the service provided during the heatwave, we received the appropriate number of visits and care, both reminded to take adequate fluid and nourishment and all in a friendly and cheerful manner in spite of the excess heat. We have been very pleased and grateful with the good service provided.
My wife who is non-verbal was very hesitant about having carers come in, however they have engaged with her and she is much more relaxed with them. I have even heard her laughing with them when they were singing along to the radio which was lovely to hear. I won't say she looks forward to them coming yet, but we're getting there.
We are very satisfied with the service. Our carers are just that, they care. They are diligent in their work and are very compassionate. The client's needs are met and she's treated with dignity and respect. We have nothing but compliments for the staff and management for the excellent service. Keep it up.
Able Trust Care is to be congratulated on providing an excellent management team built with care staff who looked after my wife so beautiful as her illness progressed. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the whole team - and always a friendly response. We were sorry to have to say 'goodbye' to them as my wife entered a nursing home. All good wishes.
They are excellent.
I am very satisfied with Able Trust Care. After a few teething problems, which the manager sorted out quickly, it has gone very well. If there is a problem the girls in the office always phone and put me in the picture. With this coronavirus situation, the girls have come in and done their job, got on with it with a smile on their face. Full credit.
Very good with no problems.
I am very happy with the carers who come in once a day in the morning to help with my personal care, showering me, making the bed, empty the commode and helping me with dressing. They give me my breakfast also leaving me three glasses of water for me to drink through the day. They make sure I'm alright then leave. I do my own medication, drops in my eyes. I can't manage myself as I used to since my last fall.
Able Trust have been caring for my husband for eleven months. Two carers attend him four times a day. Their dedication to his needs has never faltered. The carers have formed a close bond with my husband and our family. Able Trust Care are professional in their quality of care. We see the carers as friends, supporting us through an emotional time. We admire them for the joy, laughter and love they bring to our home.
