All About Home Care looked after both our parents over the last 7 years. Initially they provided full personal care for our mother and then as his dementia progressed they started to provide care for Dad too. The staff were always kind and courteous discussing detailed care plans with us and building up a rapport with both parents. They were always as flexible as possible with cover, increasing care when needed during periods of illness, including double handed visits when necessary. The agency always kept us up to date with medical matters that needed to be managed, calling ambulances on several occasions when needed and staying with either Mum or Dad if my brother or I were not able to be there. Although Dad and then Mum have now moved into care homes, All About Home Care definitely enabled us to keep them in their own home for far longer then would otherwise have been possible and I highly recommend them.

I would like to commend All About Home Care for their outstanding care that they give my father. Following a stroke, he now has carers four times a day from the beginning of his day until he is tucked up in bed. They all deal with him in a friendly empathetic manner and he looks forward to their visits. They frequently go over their allotted time and he really feels that he is cared for and that they care for him. They have informed us of issues and have given useful advice, such as changing the form of his medication when he had difficulty swallowing it. There have been several occasions when medical help has been needed and an ambulance called. They have stayed with him until its arrival and given him reassurance and I have been kept updated each time. My father also has a dog who also excitedly looks forward to seeing the carers who take her for walks and make sure she has been fed and watered. The carers also take him for short walks and supervise his exercises. Outstanding!

The two carers we have used have been extremely kind and caring and have done all they can to support me at a time when I have been overwhelmed by my husband's Alzheimer's disease and my anxiety and depression.

We have been using All About Home Care for a year now. Mum has dementia, and we have them twice a week, one for a bath, and the other to take Mum for a walk, play a game with mum whatever works that day. I like that the visits aren't hurried, that the 2 carers cover each other's holidays, so there isn't a problem with unfamiliar faces ever. When they are worried about something, head office ring me, they don't just write it in their notes. When mum had cellulitis with accompanying delirium, the carer called the ambulance, the head office rang me, and the carer waited well after her end time for me to get over, even though dad was there and should have been able to cope. I would definitely recommend.

Even though I am the carer of my husband since 2019, this care was for me! I had to come out of hospital after ten days with pneumonia and then a stroke and I was in need of support. I certainly got this from All About Home Care. Quite easily I explained the tasks I had in mind to get my home back to normality for me. The staff were polite, friendly and worked well. Thank you.

All about Home Care have looked after my Mum for several years and I have been completely satisfied with the care and support that they have given her. I live 50 miles away so needed someone local that could visit. Initially, they supported Mum once a day to help with general tasks, this was increased to twice a day after a fall in 2020 when she was restricted to single-floor living. Mum needed help to get up, dress, and manage her personal care. Mum got on well with her carers and looked forward to seeing them every day, she grew accustomed to their visits and relied on them to manage her care. I found all the carers to be dedicated and friendly and I got on well with office staff and managers when I needed to contact them. They always kept me informed of issues and problems when they arose. When Mum went into hospital in early May some of the carers visited her in hospital to provide a friendly face as I was unable to visit regularly due to distance. They come Highly Recommended!

The All About Home Care team has been supporting my 81-year-old mum for a year now and I am so grateful to have found them. All the carers are extremely kind and sensitive, and my mum loves seeing them every day. She was initially resistant to the idea of even a companionship visit once a week - it's thanks to the carers that she has adapted to the twice daily visits she now needs as her dementia progresses and she trusts them with all aspects of her care. The company is clearly very well managed and the office staff are quick to respond and to keep us updated. The carers have really taken time to get to know my mum and accommodate her preferences, this is a level of service I was not expecting. I can highly recommend them!

Our family could not fault the care and expertise delivered by All about Home care. The Carers were extremely understanding and confident in the care they delivered to Mum and Dad which in turn made us feel at ease during a very difficult time. Having access to the app also helped immensely to give us reassurance and the data entered was concise and thorough. We definitely made the correct choice in selecting All About Home Care to look after and care for Mum and Dad.

All About Home Care is a very good agency supplying high-quality staff and high-quality client support. My mother appreciates that she sees the same faces regularly, that they are local, native English speakers which makes communication easier and that they are very caring (in particular anticipating her needs). I find the client support really good. My mother wants to live independently for as long as absolutely possible. This means gradually increasing levels of care over time and solving a series of issues that arise as she stops being able to do things for herself that she could in the past. I have found the management level invaluable in discussing these issues as they arise and hearing how they have solved them in the past. They are also really good at letting me know if there is something that the carers have seen that they think could be improved and seem to be available at all hours for the occasional emergency. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My 94 year old mother-in -law was looked after by All About Home Care for around two years. The staff were always very attentive and kind and carried out light domestic duties when required. All the carers that visited were first class and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.

My mum is 91 and has the most kind and supportive care from all the staff. They go the extra mile, always. Mum loves them all. They are very polite and discreet in how they manage mum's personal care. Mum receives 4 visits a day, flexibility is built in wherever possible. We are very grateful for their support of us, mum's adult children too.

My 93-year-old Mother is a client of All About Home Care and they provide morning visits to get her up and about, ensure she has taken her medication and in addition other domestic activities. The staff are always very polite and caring and take pride in their work. Communications from the office are first class and any queries or requests for updates to daily activities are handled promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company because it consistently provides quality care.

My father has been looked after by All About Home Care for eighteen months and I have been delighted with the care that they provide for him. He suffers from dementia which has led to some challenging behaviours, which have been dealt with and resolved by the carers. You could not want for a more lovely and caring team. Highly recommended!

We needed help for our mother who suffers from dementia and mobility issues. She lives with her partner who was finding looking after mum too much on his own. After a fair bit of research we settled on All About Home Care. The initial consultation was thorough and professional. The carers have been amazing: so friendly, helpful and attentive and maintaining mum's dignity. It has enabled mum to remain in her home for a while longer. I can highly recommend All About Homecare.

All About Home Care provided a really lovely, efficient, caring and friendly service for my mum and dad over a number of years. Dad had Alzheimer's and he could not have had more lovely people to help him get up and dressed in the mornings. For Mum, the friendly company of the carers really made a difference and she loved catching up with them over a cup of coffee at the end of their visits. Nothing was too much trouble for the carers, they were incredibly kind and gentle and helpful to the nth degree. The company is very well run with a professional and efficient team in the office who communicated very well and who were able to tailor the level of care in a very responsive way. We could not have wished for better, thank you.

The kindness, patience and generosity of spirit shown by all those who worked with Mum have been greatly appreciated by us and, more importantly, by Mum herself. We have used All About Home Care for over three years now and I thought it was time to write again and tell others what an outstanding care company they are. They look after my father who has Parkinson's. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and incredibly empathetic. We are given a team of people who my parents have got to know and trust. This close-knit team allows my father to feel comfortable and safe which is incredibly important for him. Nothing is too much, they are heaven sent, miracle workers who are unbelievably efficient and always punctual. The office staff are really accommodating and enable this efficient and flexible service, they know us all by name and they care too. They have been lifesavers and allowed my parents the independence to stay in their home. This must surely be the best home care provider on the planet as it is hard to believe that any company could be better. Thank you all, each and everyone of you so much.

My aunt was recommended to All About Homecare over 4 years ago. She lived on her own and was having increasing difficulty doing everyday tasks due to her failing sight. We decided to have just one visit in the mornings to start with. As time went by her lack of sight and mobility meant she required more personal care so the daily visits were gradually increased to 4 visits a day. She really enjoyed the company of such friendly, capable carers, they became her eyes, so understanding of her difficulties. I would be updated on any concerns and always felt confident in their ability to deal with any situation. Over the last 6 months my aunt and I had tremendous support as her situation got worse. The manager would double up on carers to suit these crisis times and gave me invaluable advice. My aunt's wish was to stay in her home of 60 years for as long as possible, you fulfilled that wish. We can't thank you enough.

We contacted All About Homecare to help mum after seeing the level of care provided to a neighbour of ours. The team were very quickly able to step in and support mum's needs around the house, which we knew would be a stepping stone to more personal levels of care as her condition deteriorated. The manager and her team were always available to discuss concerns, and to review the care package, to ensure mum's needs were continuously evaluated and met. Having witnessed the rapport between mum and her carer, I can share that the level of professionalism and kindness was of an extremely high standard and were of great comfort to mum as we began the transition from her own home to a care home. I have already recommended All About Home Care to a number of people.

The wonderful carers from All About Home Care visited my father for a little over two years up until his death in December. Recently widowed, he had relocated from abroad to live alone for the first time in his life. Despite the challenges of dementia, he was determined to live independently and this was possible with carer visits fitting so well around family days. As a registered nurse myself, I could not fault the exemplary care my father received, always professional and intuitive to his changing needs. He looked forward to the visits, sharing his love of opera and classical music, and enjoying fun trips out. The reports completed with each visit were reassuring and a vital line of communication with family as my father became progressively non-verbal. His last two weeks were made so much easier for him when his 'favourite' carer visited him in hospital. From the whole family, thank you so much for looking after our dear dad with such dignity and kindness. We will always be grateful.
