View Full Details of We Care SW LtdI met the field manager on site as it was the first visit after my sister's return from hospital and sadly she had fallen over. I raised the question of increasing visits and found her sympathetic to the situation that presented itself. She was proactive and willing to help as much as she could. Since then she kept me updated with my sister's progress through the system. I am very impressed with her proactivity and helpfulness.
Wonderful, warm, friendly, reliable carers who do all I ask of them and more. Times of arrival are hugely variable, but I do understand that previous visits dictate this. This means that the schedule I receive by email is not always one hundred per cent accurate, including the name of the carer who will be arriving. However, this is of little importance in the scheme of things!
Various difficulties with carers and admin. Loss of keys causing expense. Unhelpful carers that caused client distress. Unfortunately, there is not an alternative provider so we battle on as best we can.
All care staff are very friendly and sympathetic to mum's changing needs as with Advanced Vascular Dementia no two days are the same. I find they always treat her with respect and dignity. And always have a smile for her. As with any new company, there are always teething problems, and I have found the office staff/management team will listen with respect and will implement the changes needed as soon as is feasibly possible. For this, I would like to say a big thank you to all at We Care SW for listening to my concerns and especially for the care given to my mum.
Most of the careers are very helpful caring and do all that they are asked to do, our only comment would be an earlier visit! She doesn’t want to wait for breakfast and wash until 9.45! We do however appreciate the help your service is providing.
I have used We Care for over 2 years and in that time there have been lots of changes to my mum's care. I have always found them very accommodating and helpful, especially in times of an emergency. My mum is 84 with dementia and lots of underlying health problems to which they are very mindful and caring. My mum adores the girls that visit and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
All carers very professional and compassionate. Mum looks forward to their visits and feels more confident knowing they are there to support her. I occasionally need to make contact to cancel visits or update on medication etc. My requests are always dealt with efficiently and with warmth and understanding. I'm grateful to them all.
All the carers are very pleasant and friendly to both myself and my husband. They mostly come on time and leave everything tidy. They take careful note of the condition of my husband and tell me if they notice anything wrong with him
Nice people, ready to help with most things. Happy with the treatment received.
I have found the carers helpful and caring and help me with looking after my husband.
I have been with we care now a few years now, overall the care I receive is very good all the carers are courteous, polite and respectful. There has been a few issues in the past but they have been resolved quite quickly.
This week we have re-activated a care package for my mother when she was discharged from hospital after a long stay. She was a little anxious about coming home but the team at Kinder Care were so exceptionally welcoming that she was quite overwhelmed at the attention and kindness they have shown. Two members of staff, in particular, have been superb. Knowing that the team genuinely care for my mum has made the whole process much less stressful for the whole family and I recommend them unreservedly.
I am very happy with the care and services provided by Kinder Care. Carers are all very polite and helpful.
There has been only one exception to acceptable and efficient care - this individual is no longer employed. I'm only too happy to recommend the company for friendly and willing care!
