View Full Details of Four Oaks HealthcareMy daughter is very happily settled, well looked after by her carer. They get on well, and the bonus is that her carer remains the same person most of the time, which she really likes, as she finds it difficult when her routine is changed.
The first six months have been very satisfactory. Issues resolved as soon as possible. To continue for however long.
We are really pleased with the care that Mum has received from Four Oaks, particularly one carer, as she got Mum to walk and feed herself, but unfortunately, the poor carer was rushed to hospital, and Four Oaks was contacted, and within a few hours a new carer arrived to help Mum. We were very impressed by the level of service during this stressful time. The other carers have all been good and worked hard; they all deserve a medal. Please say a special thank you to our original carer and all the carers for their hard work.
Mum has been having care since August 2023 and has complex needs. We can't say enough about the carers. They are attentive, caring and most of all compassionate. We are really glad we chose Four Oaks Healthcare as our mum's care provider.
Overall the care that is being delivered by Four Oaks Healthcare is now quite good. We know the carers which is important to us. The lady who lives with me is quite happy/comfortable with the carers. The carers are mindful of her disability and her mental state e.g. her moods. The carers are doing a good job and the lady living with me is happy with the carers.
Everything that Four Oaks Healthcare is very good. All carers are very good, all care needs are met. My father-in-law is very happy with everything that is provided for him.
I have found the care mom has received is generally satisfactory.
All of the carers are pleasant and put my wife at ease. They are always on time except when circumstances change (unavoidable). They always ask if we need help in other ways and say we may need appliances to aid my wife in any way in the future.
Been with them since 21/09/20 but very impressed with management and carers. Friendly, helpful and management very professional.
During the time Four Oaks have looked after my daughter, their team have been responsive and sensitive to her needs, trying very hard to make appropriate matches for her live-in carers. They have some super carers who really go the extra mile to help their client and form a good relationship bond, even when there has been some adverse behaviour due to mental health issues. It has not been easy in the covid world we have currently to meet the needs of clients who sometimes have to shield, and Four Oaks carers have been excellent in doing so for my daughter.
I have been very pleased with the work done by the staff at all levels. My friend appreciates the visits and trusts the carers. I have observed them being very patient with a client who needs their support. I have communicated my appreciation to the management.
Agency is good, carers are good. Since my dad came out of the hospital, he had a massive improvement in terms of health. I am happy with the service.
The service we receive from Four Oaks is good. The carers are outstanding, always there for support and help with my son's needs, with dignity and respect. All his needs are met, personal care and health care.
Very professional staff, treated my great aunt with a great amount of respect, despite the fact that she could sometimes be very independent.
I am very happy with the service you provide for my mother, such kindness.
Very satisfied with carers at the moment.
Happy with the service and the carer. The carers are very kind and caring and treat mum with respect.
I do not recommend this company for people who need dementia care having used it for 6 months for both parents with Alzheimers. When engaging them, they assured no more than 5 different carers would be used, the average was 11 per month. We asked for the care calls at a set time this never happened and varied by up to 2 hours. Communication skills were poor and some carers didn’t demonstrate confidence in their skills. They didn't contact the family when a carer contacted 111 when thought my mother had taken the wrong medication. We only became aware when receiving a call from Social Services. They never managed to get her to take her medication regularly. The manager arranged a meeting to discuss the care plan, they did not turn up but sent a care coordinator instead, who revealed that not all the carers being used were fully dementia trained. We engaged a specialist dementia care company who within days, had them both eating some hot meals again something Four Oaks Health Care didn’t manage.
My wife came out of hospice after a lengthy spell, achieving this was a blessing. Arriving home (much stress) we found our carer present. Her obvious woes were allayed, she was immediately aware we were Christians. Her years of experience became obvious, very conscientious and thorough; it has been a challenge (my wife has 4 serious problems). Medical yes, but her patience, her enormous TLC. My wife is very poorly, the carer can help her. It is really a family situation.
Perhaps the biggest single plus about Four Oaks over previous care providers is the ability to provide continuity of carer. I am convinced my mother has benefited from the stability of having the same compassionate, competent and dedicated carer for the past eight months. barring holiday leave.
