A professional service and wonderful care provider. Would highly recommend. The management and staff are very knowledgeable and provide advice and guidance. Our parents are very happy too and that's what is really important to us both. The daily visits have allowed a rapport between my parents and carers. They are both enjoying the company and a chance to chat. Seeing other faces has opened up their social connection again. So thankful!

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by Beloved for my mother. Their team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and dedication in ensuring her well-being and comfort. Beloved took the time to understand my mother's unique needs and tailored their services accordingly. Their caregivers are not only highly skilled but also kind and empathetic, creating an environment where my mother feels respected and valued. What sets Beloved apart is their attention to detail and proactive communication. They keep me informed about my mother's care and any changes, giving me peace of mind knowing she is in such capable hands. Myself and our children were dubious about employing carers for my ex-husband. I had experience of elderly friends having nightmare experiences with carers. Not turning up on time, within reasonable delays. Half-hour slots when they were gone within 10 minutes. Carers talking about their own woes and problems in life. I could go on but basically, Beloved Homecare has met all our expectations. They are all caring, kind, in tune with the client's needs and always happy to listen and implement any tweaks in the care needs. One of the first carers took time to ask me where he had worked. What his hobbies were. Any activities he enjoyed with our family. Your professional service has made a big difference to his life. Taken the pressure off somewhat from the family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beloved to anyone needing care.

Thank you for letting me provide a review. My mum has been under Beloved Homecare since April 2024. Your team have made a massive positive difference to our family. So thank you. We had an initial provider of care before yourselves. It has been like comparing night and day. The main role is to give Mum her key medication on a daily basis. The first team often did not even get that right, forgetting to give the medication often. Your team of carers provide the medication but then will sit and spend time with Mum, asking about the house, garden, and family. We can tell it makes a difference and we appreciate it. We are learning as a family how Mum is, if I can just request the individual carers to check more thoroughly that Mum has her hearing aids in and working, whether she is in or out. Plus that, if she misses a shower on a Wednesday or a Saturday then she must shower the next day. I know we may need to call on you for more support in the future. 100% we would choose Beloved.

I cannot recommend Beloved Homecare highly enough. From the outset, my sister wasn't happy about needing care - it's a big thing for somebody who has always been fiercely independent and she wasn't the easiest of people for the care team to deal with but without exception, everyone handled her with patience, respect and sensitivity from the beginning. Beloved make sure she has the same ladies looking after her and we are now at the point where she looks forward to their visits and is extremely grateful for the help they give her. They have taken her lead and worked hard to gain her confidence and she now lets them help her in ways she would never have agreed to at first. I live in another part of the country so it is incredibly comforting for me to know she is in safe hands and is happy. We have come such a long way. Thank you Beloved!

We have been using Beloved Homecare for nearly a year now for help for my mum and dad in their home and personal care for dad. The carers are very well thought of by mum and dad and always so helpful and thoughtful. Mum and dad really enjoy their visits from Beloved. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Whenever I have spoke to the managers and supervisor, they have been very helpful and given me good advice to help me and my parents. I have contacted them by phone, texts and in person meetings and they have always been there to listen and help. Beloved was recommended to me by a friend who used them for his dad and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Beloved Homecare continues to be an excellent service providing round the clock care to my mother. She has always been very set in her ways and does not take to strangers or even company, yet the staff are marvellous with her, she has completely accepted them and enjoys the professional attention given. I would highly recommend the company for your loved one.

We are extremely happy with the care that our mum receives from Beloved Homecare, they are very punctual, always kind and compassionate. They contact us whenever they have the slightest inkling that something isn't quite right in order for us to get immediate medical attention.

Everyone who has cared for my father-in-law has been excellent with him. His dementia has deteriorated over the last twelve months but everyone has handled his decline with care and consideration. They take him for walks, to coffee shops or garden centres. All carers have also been a great support to my mother-in-law who at times really struggles with caring for my father-in-law. I would highly recommend Beloved Care for dementia patients' caring needs.

I cannot give enough praise! The care given to Dad is outstanding and so is the support given to myself and my sister. This is the second time we have needed the help and care from Beloved Homecare. A few years back, when my mum broke her back, I was at my wit's end, the care, compassion and support were unbelievable, nothing was ever too much, that I became a daughter again rather than a carer and with the support, my mum is now self-caring again. So when our friend fell and broke his hip, there was no hesitation but to involve the manager, the director and their fabulous team to help in the individualised care for him, nothing is rushed and nothing is too much, whether it involves full care or just a cup of tea and a chat or a trip to the shops, it's all about the person and what they want, they are so professional in everything they do, the service is superb, this quality of care is hard to receive nowadays and this team go the extra mile in all aspects of care, definitely the best care around. Highly recommend to use if you want the best for someone who you love and care about and know they are in safe hands.

Consistently high standard of care and support shown by all the 'Beloved Homecare carers' both in the office and in our home. Carers are obviously well trained and show great empathy when supporting my husband (and myself). Queries and advice always result in a prompt, positive response by office staff who have ensured that my husband has a small group of carers. It has established positive, lovely relationships with everyone. It is a joy to see! This company has an excellent reputation for a good reason. Thank you.

My wife was diagnosed with corticobasal degeneration (CBD) in 2016. This is a life-limiting neurological condition. At first, we were able to manage the signs of change but after some time it became clear we would need help. A friend recommended Beloved Homecare and we began using their services in 2020. Initially, it was with one carer helping with personal care and social contact but as time went by two carers were needed as my wife's mobility and mental capacity had deteriorated. Currently, the carers get her up in the morning and ready for the day and at night they toilet her and put her to bed. We have now used Beloved for four years and in that time, they have never let us down, always arriving within the agreed time frame. The carers wear smart uniforms, masks and aprons and introduce themselves on arrival. They are now a part of our lives and they are more like friends. I can highly recommend this company.

We originally chose Beloved based on their accreditation scores and very positive reviews. Talking with the team we were well assured of the professionalism and level of care our dad would receive. There is also an app that our dad consented for us to use, so we can review his care notes from anywhere in the world. As overseas children of a parent needing care, we were quite anxious to see our dad well cared for and for the last 2 years, Beloved has delivered and exceeded our expectations. When a predatory salesman tried to get our dad to give his money away a Beloved team member was fortunately there and intervened and reported the matter to the family. Thank you! You have the full support of our family. Your level of care goes well beyond a business arrangement and our dad really looks forward to his home visits.

My mum is absolutely thrilled with her carers so, obviously, that means I am also pleased. The carers are kind and meticulous. They complete their main duties and then very proactive with anything they see that needs doing. They are also great company for my mum.
