View Full Details of Shalom Health Recruitment LtdThe staff usually came roughly when agreed and there were the right number of people. It was very good to see the same team members over the couple of months that they came and their attitude was so good. My husband was their client and they approached him carefully and skillfully so that he had confidence in them. He liked to chat a little but didn't always cooperate with the team but things like washing got done eventually when his mood was right. They helped him in ways, that we his family could not or found very difficult, so I am very grateful. Being cheerful and understanding, they helped him through his last weeks of his life with washing, toileting, bed changing, dressing and undressing and were very good at it.
My relative has been diagnosed as having vascular dementia. I rang so many organisations but none could provide tailored support except Shalom Health Recruitment, who has provided support that includes someone that can communicate in Ghana language as my relative can not speak English well. Shalom has provided us with someone who can cook African meals which is very difficult for other organisation to provide. Shalom was able to extend the period of issue of invoice for payment when they realised that the direct payment is taking too long and the continuous of the previous agreement means we will have incurred charges.
These carers went above and beyond their call of duty. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
