An excellent care company. All carers and management staff are very friendly and caring nothing is too much trouble for them. By having carers support me I am able to stay at home and maintain a normal lifestyle, they support and encourage me to do the things I am able to for myself and are also there for the things I can't manage myself. They also support other members of my family as I live with elderly parents and have been a great help to us all. All staff are polite and well dressed and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing care.

MD Care are amazing, they are caring and compassionate. The manager is brilliant alongside all the co-workers we really couldn't ask for anything more. They have made something very difficult to manage as a family so much easier to manage and we will be forever grateful for them all. Thank you so much to you all!

These girls are amazing - whether office based or out on the field nothing is too much trouble for them. They look after our Mum with respect, dignity and true care. They are all reliable and honest in every way. My sister and I are so grateful for the peace of mind that their input gives us. Thank you so much to you all.

So far MD Care have provided a 5* service - and have gone above and beyond in terms of how they have cared for my grandma, in difficult circumstances. They have been responsive, transparent, and attentive, whilst the genuine care they have for those they are helping is self-evident. Couldn't be happier with them.

Since changing from another company Mum is so much more settled. Calls are on time, which is good for Mum, otherwise, she becomes very anxious. She really looks forward to the girls coming and they always treat her with the utmost respect. When either my brother or I are there when they call, they always take the time to chat to us and to see how we are doing as well. Unfortunately Mum is in respite at the moment, but once again they have gone above and beyond and kept in regular contact to see how things are going and offer their assistance and advice when dealing with the authorities. I know they are getting paid for the service they give, but they really do have the client's best interest at heart. All the staff have been fantastic and nothing has ever been too much trouble. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are truly outstanding in every way. Many thanks to you all.

My neighbour has this care company, the staff are lovely, polite and respectful. They go above and beyond to help. I would personally recommend this company to anyone, even the office staff are so helpful, and any problem they are coming out to assist.

A very high standard of care. All the care is conscientious and supports my mother with washing, getting dressed, meals and preparing/putting her to bed. The carers are friendly, polite and hard-working. Many thanks to you all.

MD Care is fantastic they looked after my nan till the end and all the carers are lovely. The office staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help even popping around and checking as a family if we need any extra support. Highly recommend MD Care to anyone.

My mum had double-handed care, always handled with compassion and dignity. Friendly regular carers who went above and beyond for my mum right till the end. The office staff was always happy to help with any calls I needed to make.

My dad is always treated with dignity, respect and kindness, all his carers are attentive and supportive, the service is professional, efficient and reliable, they all really care about my dad and he looks forward to them visiting. I used MD Care briefly after gallbladder surgery and my experience was positive. The carers always came on time and took good care of me.

MD Care provides a fantastic service, and I am really grateful for the care that they give to my mum. Every carer treats my mum with respect and dignity and the attention they give her is amazing. She really loves every one of the carers and she cannot speak highly enough of them. My thanks to everyone at MD Care for all the support and care that they provide.

I live far away from my dad and I wanted to hire someone who would take care of him and it wouldn't be hassle. This has been a positive experience with MD Care. My dad is happy and taken care of.

This company goes above and beyond for it's clients, always putting their clients first. Always got time to do that little extra. They make you feel like a family member and treats you as family rather than just a number.

The carers went above and beyond, they were fantastic with my grandad right till the very end. Had regular carers and felt as if they became a part of our family. The office staff are very helpful, quick to sort if we needed extra equipment, hours etc. MD Care really cares. Would recommend them to anyone.

Working above and beyond their job. Always taking care of Mum with her best interest at heart. Would always be concerned for her welfare and call an ambulance immediately if needed. In close contact with the family. Always have time for a chat and a joke, brightening up the day both for the carers and for Mum.

The carers are all very nice to me. They are kind and understanding for my needs.

The carers' help is getting better and my partner seems happy with the attention. Mostly they are very good, some more helpful than others. The only complaint is when they are late and don't let me know, especially when we have morning appointments.
