We are so grateful for the incredible care my grandma received from people partners, from the very beginning, they treated her with kindness and compassion. The caregivers were punctual and reliable. The management team was always so kind and flexible, going above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had, even on short notice. We are forever grateful for the level of care and love they showed my grandma. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.

I am pleased with the help I am getting. The girls are on time and do what I ask them. My meals are good and they clean etc, and hand out washing for me. I feel prices are high but service is good.

People Partners were there when I needed help for Mum and Dad. They are genuinely caring, reliable and efficient. Compared with other agencies they are definitely up there. I appreciate that they work very hard.

Sincere thanks to all at People Partners for their care and support of our mother. We appreciate that without their flexibility, professionalism and consideration it would not have been possible for our mother to live safely and happily in her own home for as long as she was able to, thanks to their frequent visits. That the deputy manager and her carers developed such a personal relationship with Mum and were there when it mattered meant a great deal to us and was a real reassurance.

Well, what can I say! An amazing and friendly team who treat my dad as if he were their own. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go above and beyond to provide a first-class service. I can rest assured knowing he is well cared for. He looks forward to seeing them and they are always happy to have a chat. We are very grateful for all their support and kindness and I don't know what we would do without them. Thank you all so much!

People Partners provide a very professional service. The care staff are always on time and treat my mum with kindness and dignity. My mum looks forward to their visits always feeling more cheerful and ready for the day, after their visit to help her wash and dress. The management staff are always there to help and always deal with everything in a kind and efficient way. I would recommend them to anyone needing care in the home.

A very professional and caring organisation. My father really enjoyed seeing his carers and was well looked after. It was a bonus for him to see the same carers and build a relationship with them. Well where to begin - People Partners are professional, caring, nothing is too much for them - all! It was a pleasure to have them looking after me having a knee replacement. People Partners have been the most fantastic support for my grandma and my family over the years. Always keeping us updated, giving great advice and always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. The way they care, the way they treated her as if she were a member of their own family, the dedication to the job, professionalism and care are second to none. I would recommend People Partners to anyone I know.

Excellent service as usual from People Partners. When I had a particular issue this month with Mum and her care, they were at the end of the phone to discuss it and offered a solution which worked out very well. I know that I can rely on their support. Also, we seem to have settled into a pattern with the same group of 4 or 5 carers each week. Mum gets along with all of them and I know that she takes comfort from seeing the usual faces each time. She doesn't cope too well when new people come along.

Excellent service, very cheerful and inspiring happiness, never let me down, nothing ever too much for them. I regard my main carers as friends. Although the cost is high it is worth it to stay in my own home, and certainly less than it would cost me to stay in a residential home, I would have to sell my house to finance that!
