When all was lost and my mother's care company gave notice of my mum's care, Verytas stepped in like superheroes. Caring for those with dementia is not an easy task, but every day they came in full of high spirits to my mum's home and gave the very best care to my mum to the very end. When I rang with an enquiry, to make a change or ask something extra of them, they were always helpful and I felt went above and beyond the call of duty. I knew all the staff really well and each one of them had a wonderful nature about them. In a really difficult time, Verytas really made a difference in mine and my mum's life. I'm forever grateful.

Excellent care assistants, cannot praise the girls highly enough. Do not complain to the office of unreasonable visiting times ie the patient being left in bed, wet for 15 hours for months and years. I was told if you don't like it go somewhere else. Do not leave any letters to the girls in the office, the office staff will open them. Thanks to the girls that took care of my brother for 3 years.

The carers were very caring towards my mum, she enjoyed their company and banter during the calls. Always arrived on time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The senior carer was very supportive of both my mum and dad.
