Generally pleased with the care my mum has received, my only problem has been with mum getting a breakdown of who is coming each week and sometimes how early an evening visit is bearing in mind the carers are putting her in her nightclothes (she is not bedbound). On a plus note, they have tried hard to give mum continuity of care which as I am still working gives me peace of mind and the carers really do care.

I am satisfied with the care that you are giving my husband every morning. He seems to get on with all his carers which is a good thing. They are usually on time unless there is a problem with the customer before or even the traffic.

Very good so far but only with Mum for 2 weeks. It is a social services contract for one month so I cannot comment on costs etc.

My mother has in the closing stages of terminal cancer. She could look after herself most of the time but needed help to get ready for the day (cleaning and dressing). The Platinum Care At Home nurses provided exactly what she needed. They were compassionate; professional; caring; engaging and punctual. Everyone of them was a perfect fit for us. Top class.

Platinum care is a wonderful firm. Carers are first class and they have very good office staff. The best firm I have ever had.

Carers do an excellent job and are always pleasant.

My daughter is always happy when the carers arrive to see her. She is always treated with respect and dignity. She enjoys her days out with them and they go to lots of different and exciting places to keep my daughter engaged in her surroundings. I have no concerns regarding the care she receives and would highly recommend them.

After an early hiccup where an evening carer did not turn up, carers have been very reliable. All have been friendly, polite and professional, therefore the standard of care is high. The agency has been very flexible in meeting the requested timings of care for my Mother.

They do their job properly. Really quite good - I haven't got any complaints. Some of the staff really put themselves out for me and I appreciate it.

On the whole, the service is really good. Timing sometimes a bit out but understandable. Regular staff allocated to my husband are very good to him and also to me when I have a bad day or night with him. Staff are cheerful and tidy up very well before leaving.
