The carers who support me are amazing. Excellent at supporting me practically and great company as well. The office staff I have dealt with have also been brilliant. Overall Right At home Colchester has a super kind and helpful team! Thank you.

The most caring two ladies we have ever met who are prepared to undertake any and many varying jobs. They have lovely personalities, although both are different in many ways. Always punctual and smart and equipped to carry out the projects required.

I am very grateful for the care provided by Right at Home. The carers are friendly, caring, and efficient and I feel looked after by the carers and the company. The carers often go out of their way to provide more than just the basic care. For example, shopping, collecting medication, and providing companionship.

My mother-in-law is receiving exceptional care and her needs are fully met, her dignity and respect are a priority. The care services go above and beyond to ensure she is personally cared for. We feel that the service my mother-in-law receives is with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Her main carer is becoming an integral part of her daily care which ensures the family are reassured she is happy and safe in her home.

We have a number of different carers which is nice because my wife is very sociable and likes people. All the carers treat her with patience and compassion.

I cannot rate Right At Home highly enough. Every carer that comes through Mum's door comes with a smile and treats Mum with the utmost care, compassion, and dignity and she loves every one of them. I have complete peace of mind that she is being looked after on every visit. Right At Home provides a 5-star service. Thank you.

Contact is punctual and accurate, care is considerate and functional. All needs are met continuously and without fail, with good consistent communication all the time. Caregivers give a real sense of responsibility and understanding with, at times, a very awkward and stubborn patient. Would recommend Right at Home to anyone who has these requirements.

I’m really pleased with the service given to my dad. Right at Home contact me about any issues or concerns the caregivers have with regard to my dad’s health and well-being when they happen. This means I can make sure he has everything he needs or arrange appointments for his health needs. I live one hundred miles away so can only see him every other week in person; it’s very reassuring to be ‘kept in the loop’. Right at Home also let me know if there are any local activities that he might like to attend. He has recently started to attend the monthly village lunch where he lives, thanks to one of the caregivers finding out about it and arranging to take him. He really enjoys this as it gives him the chance to meet up with old friends that otherwise he might not see. My dad is very happy with the caregivers he sees and regularly sees the same staff. He has Alzheimer’s so continuity of staff makes it easier for him.

This isn’t a company, they’re extended family. All care/compassion/empathy/professionalism is and has been 100%. Every person we’ve had to deal with has been and is polite/professional/friendly and outstanding.

Right at home has consistently provided excellent care to my nonagenarian mother. The carers look after her with care, humour and efficiency. The office coordinator, the service extremely well, highly responsive to our needs, reliable and flexible when needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home to others.
