Carers service was excellent. The carers were committed, helpful and compassionate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Care2Home to other authorities and clients.

My mother doesn't find home care easy. She very protective of her home and wary of people coming in to help. We couldn't continue with a previous care company because she felt they were clock watching and did the bare minimum. It is such a relief that she feels these carers actually care.

They have been very caring and supportive of my mum over the last year or so. Any queries have been responded to quickly and effectively. All of the carers have been polite and kind. I would recommend Care2home.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are wonderful, so caring. I would never want to change company. Director comes to see me which cheers me up. They are like friends. They listen to me, it is so great.

Our mother who lives in her own home at 93 years old, had come to the stage of needing some support at home. Help with personal care, meal prep, and medication prompt. My sister and I arranged this through her social worker and Care2Home were provided to offer support to our mom, who has three 30-minute calls a day. All the carers are very polite, professional, kind, and caring to our mother. They all show respect to her and nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend Care2Home to friends and relatives.

Care2Home have been a wonderful support to my mother and to myself. I contacted them after my elderly mother suddenly became unable to look after herself. I didn’t have a clue what to do The manager came for a meeting and started care straight away. Care2Home guided me through a very difficult and stressful time. They got things done sorting the doctors, and district nurses and getting everything organised to provide her care, which took the pressure off me so I could spend time with my mum. The carers treated my mum with respect and dignity. They kept me updated with texts and phone calls. They go the extra mile they arranged a visit from Father Christmas and also painted my mum's nails which was a lovely touch and brightened her day. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My mom needed a night carer after she became very unwell. The carer was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, she was caring, patient and went the extra mile to help my mom, often staying after her time. Could not thank her enough.

Care2Home has been a huge support with my dad since April 2023 when his health deteriorated. All the staff from the office to the carers have been very helpful, understanding and accommodating. This dedicated team help patient and family, a blessing in the early stages when trying to manage a difficult situation. Knowing dad is happy, in his own home and looked after so well, offers such peace of mind. I couldn't recommend this professional team enough if looking for help with an elderly relative.

I can not recommend Care2Home enough they are truly amazing. Each and every carer goes the extra mile for my mom and the family, they help to keep her smiling and keep in touch with us throughout every week. I don't know what we would do without them thanks so much, also a quick mention to one of Mom's carers, she treats Mom like her own and we as a family feel Mom could not be in better hands than with her and her team thank you so much all.

The staff at Care2Home were absolutely brilliant with my Nan. Our family couldn't have done this without them. The lads in the office always accommodated for any time we needed the carers to go and help my Nan when it was the school holidays, if we were going away, the staff always help. It took my Nan a while to get used to the carers as it was new to her and she had to accept the family needed more help to care for her which was hard but eventually my Nan loved the carers and the carers loved my Nan. With these amazing girls, My Nan made it to 100. Even though she played them up the carers loved to go and see her and the family can't thank them enough. The girls also communicated with the family to update on how my Nan was getting on which was always comforting. She would say no more and shut the door and pretend she couldn't hear you when she could, my Nan was one of a kind. Thanks again, I would really recommend Care2Home.The Staff are superb and cater for all needs.

My husband's carer provided kind and attentive care for several hours while I was away from home. She arrived on time and noted all that we required from her during her visit, We will certainly be using Care2Home with confidence on future occasions.

Used this service for two months now and the change in my father-in-law is amazing. He has a shower weekly by the team and has a spring in his step for days after. My mother-in-law had struggled without saying for a long time before admitting they needed help and, although a small step, it has made a big difference. Staff are amazing, chatty, professional and kind, all the things the elderly need.

Care2Home have looked after my mother for 12 months now. We were initially struggling to find a company to cater to her needs, and found Care2Home via Facebook. My initial communication with the Recruitment & Finance Manager was excellent, and he showed real compassion for our situation. They have accommodated us in every way possible, and the Managing Director bends over backwards for the clients. All staff and management have the core value of caring for clients at the forefront of the business. Would highly recommend this family-run business for anyone requiring home care.

The team have been caring for my mom for a number of years. My mom loves them, they provide a great service. They are always happy and willing to go the extra mile Special shout out to the manager, who, without her support over recent months, I do not know how I would have coped with the downturn in my mom's health. Happy to say she is now on the mend. 5 star, 100% recommendation. Thank you to everyone at Care2Home.

Care2Home began caring for my father in March 2020 and continued to care for him until he died in November 2021. I cannot praise the team enough for treating my father with respect, dignity and a sense of humour throughout. Caring for someone with vascular dementia is not an easy job but the team always managed to meet Dad’s needs even on the days when he wasn’t too keen to cooperate. They always had a laugh and a joke and managed to talk him round. My mother found the carers support invaluable too and looked forward to their visits, brightening her day as well as Dad’s.
