AvaCare has been providing care for my mum for a number of years. They started when she needed just a few hours a week support, which has increased as her health has deteriorated over the last few years. They now come if for a few hours a day to support my mum's live in carer (from a different agency). Their staff have always been very attentive to my mum's changing needs, and have been professional in working in partnership with other carers. They have shown a great level of understanding and patience and I have been happy for Mum to be looked after by them.

Locally known as a good company for care, never had any problems at all. Reviewed recently on another website but been told it’s best to do them on this site. My experience with AvaCare has been very good however the staff and carers always made me feel safe. Ta.

AvaCare has proven to be a very reliable and flexible team of cares. My mother has been very happy with the standard of care provided. My mother usually had the same carer tending to her needs, but all members of the AvaCare team who have visited my mother have shown patience, good humour, sensitivity and respect, so she has received an excellent level of care. I would be happy to recommend AvaCare to friends or family needing the same level of care.

Having this company to look after mum has been a godsend. When you want and need carers for a loved one you need to know that they will be looked after on all levels. AvaCare has gone above and beyond the last company, I had in. They have not let my mum or myself down and I can feel relaxed and assured that mum has all her needs met. They are all stars.

In my opinion, the carers are very competent in what they do, they make me feel very safe and I trust them completely, they are very punctual, arriving within a few minutes of there allocated time, very respectful and caring always willing to help in any way they can the are also very friendly.

AvaCare have been looking after my brother for years now. Myself and my brother have always been extremely happy with all aspects of care. He has had the same carer (except for holidays) the whole time. They have a very good relationship. AvaCare are reliable, trustworthy, honest and well presented. We have never been let down and my brother is well cared for. I would happily recommend AvaCare to anybody.

I live alone and needed home help after my hip operation. The initial contact was friendly and put you at ease from the start. Talked through my needs and times I requested which were met. I could not fault the service in any way. I would recommend the company to my friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

I have have had AvaCare come and look after me for four weeks. They are all lovely, kind and considerate. Nothing is too much for them. I couldn't stay at home without them.
