The service provided by Bluebird for my dad was caring, compassionate and professional and enabled him to stay at home amongst his family during his final days. We were very grateful that they went out of their way to organise support when we needed it so urgently and at such a difficult time.

Have found Bluebird to be very professional and have given my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's time to enjoy some of her day. The carers are cheerful and always lift up her spirits when she feels down. The level of care is also very good. I have worked in the case profession most of my life and am impressed with their professional approach to their work without losing that personal, friendly touch so important in this line of work. I can recommend this care provider without doubt and hope to continue having them until there will be no more need.

We are very pleased with the care provided by Bluebird. All the carers are kind and attentive and they provide an excellent service. We are impressed by their attention to detail of the daily routine. Our main adjustment to having carers has been getting used to the very early start (7am) and we are waiting on starting at a later time.

My experience of Bluebird Care has been excellent. The assessment process was in-depth and person-centred. The service was initiated very promptly and professionally. The care delivered to my father was compassionate and kind. The care team were supportive not only to my father but also to myself as we entered his final days. My only regret was that we did not engage Bluebird sooner which would have enabled my father to build relationships with the team and get to know them properly. Each carer who visited treated my father with the utmost care and respect, the support of Bluebird meant that my father was able to end his days with dignity in his own home. Thank you.

Our experience of Bluebird Care has been very positive throughout the period of 18 months when they cared for our aunt at home. All carers were engaging, kind, patient and professional. They handled difficult shifts when our uunt was angry, confused or anxious extremely well. The management of these carers ensured a high level of consistency, with the same carers attending at least fortnightly and there was hardly any staff turnover. It meant so much to our aunt that she saw the same people over and again on three visits per day. The system allowed us to see the rota, the care plan and reports from each visit shortly after its conclusion. As our aunt became more confused, this was more and more important to us.

We choose Bluebird Care for my father 7-months ago, following his discharge from the hospital, at that time he required personal care. The CQC ratings, friendliness and professionalism of the carers convinced us that we made the right choice. We always wanted to ensure Dad had a quality of life and was treated with dignity and respect. The carers exceeded our expectations so much so, that with their support - he now has domestic care rather than personal care. The continuity of staff means so much to Dad - knowing who is coming to each visit. I cannot thank them enough!

I have been delighted with the care and support that we have received from Bluebird Care, who have been looking after my 88-year-old mother. The care staff are attentive and professional and the back-up they receive from the office team means that any concerns or potential issues are reported and followed-up really quickly. This takes a huge load off the family as you can be confident that things are picked up and acted upon well before a potential issue becomes a problem. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Bluebird Care.

We employed Bluebird over the last twelve-month period, firstly to support my Mum in caring for my Dad and as time went on and her memory declined the care became necessary for both of them, then for my Dad on his own. I met several carers that attended, all of whom were professional, warm and caring. The staff in the office always addressed my queries or concerns willingly and promptly.

The Bluebird team in Stroud & Cirencester have always provided supportive care and personal care for my mother. During the Covid crisis, she had a fall and broke her hip and was released from hospital very early to avoid possible infection. This left us in a position requiring both intensive daytime and night-time care for Mum. The response from the team was overwhelming. They responded quickly and with care for both Mum and the family listening and adapting care requirements during the initial weeks of her being at home. They have provided a level of care above and beyond what was expected, ensuring Mum’s safety, enabling her to remain in her own home. Unlike other companies, we have a regular care team enabling a friendly supportive and trusting relationship to be built. I can not rate the carers highly enough for their patience, friendly demeanours and support.

We were very happy with the level of service provided for our mum. After suffering a stroke, we contacted Bluebird Care services as they seemed to have a very good rating. The manager came and went through a care plan for our needs before mum went home from the hospital, it made things very easy for us at a difficult time and reassured us for the care she could be given at home. The visits by the care staff provided a friendly and always prompt service, they did a great job, and we are so grateful for their understanding and support. All paperwork was completed every visit, any situations we needed to be aware of were reported to us and any concerns for mum's health were expressed by the care manager. We are very grateful to the whole team and would thoroughly recommend them. After 12 months of home visits, our mum finally accepted that she needed a nursing home to look after her full time and is still doing well. She always says to us how good the care staff from Bluebird were. A big thanks.

Bluebird Care provided 24/7 living-in care for my father who lived in an extension attached to Tan House Farm where I live. The provision of care was outstanding - the selection and management of the carers was of a high standard and thus their daily operation was faultless. My father was very content with his care and it was of great comfort to him as his health failed in the final month of his life. Although the cost of such care is high, it provides excellent value. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care - they provide an excellent service - flexible and compassionate with an assurance of the highest quality.

I am an 86 year old widower. I do not enjoy good health. My daughter and son-in-law 'keep an eye' on me. Recently they were going on a weeks holiday and were concerned for me being on my own. My daughter mentioned 'Bluebird Care'.I contacted the local office at Stroud and within 24 hours had a home visit - everything was explained to me and I agreed to have a daily visit by one of their carers for the week. I was given a written schedule of the visits, with the names and times of each visit. The arrangements were ideal, the carers were punctual and their presence very reassuring to me and my daughter. I will certainly contact them again and look forward to their visits.

Frontline staff were always punctual, caring and friendly, which my mother felt very safe and happy with them. Office staff also very helpful and supportive and friendly. Overall, a potentially difficult experience was made simple and pleasurable.

Reliable timings for visits with notice of any required changes. No visit ever missed. Regular visits from the same carers appreciated. All carers were caring and courteous, showing genuine interest. When needed calls to family were made promptly and professionally. Family had full confidence that Mum was looked after and all was well else we would be told.
