Our 16-year-old son's carer has been with us for nearly a year now. As our son is severely disabled, he is deaf/blind, wheelchair-bound, has severe dystonia and is peg fed, we needed someone who would become part of our family. His carer is brilliant with him, he definitely knows when she arrives, they have a happy, rewarding time together. She has got to know him so well and meets all his personal, medical and emotional needs. We would not manage ourselves without her and she has become part of our family. She is a happy, funny lady who we have all bonded with.

Our experience of the care offered by the team has been excellent, Dad had Alzheimer's was bed-bound and double incontinent and sometimes would resist care, the girls had a tremendous amount of patience and care and brought the best out in Dad I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

At the start of 2024, my mother had a fall which resulted in her requiring 24-hour care when she came back from hospital. I contacted various providers and Bluebird Care, from the word go, understood what was required. Arranged a visit to Mum in hospital and very quickly provided a carer that could live in at short notice. The carer provided was excellent and understood her role was to get Mum back on her feet, living independently rather than taking over Mum's life. She quickly built a strong relationship with Mum and worked with her to do the everyday tasks. With the carer's support, I do not think we would have been in a position to no longer require the care ten weeks later. Bluebird and the carer provided gave great support and advice along the recovery process.

I continue to be impressed with Bluebird staff. My son has been happy and settled with all his regular and occasionally new carers. I am aware that the carers have other clients before and after us, but they are on time.

In July I got married in Essex, but I'm not from the area so required support care to help my mother. I reached out to Bluebird care and they were absolutely amazing in helping. For a small job, and the set up work required on the day, they were fantastic and I'm very appreciative of everyone in the team for helping. Based on my experience, I would recommend them.

We have been very pleased with the care we have received for Mum. At first, it took a while for things to settle down as we had a lot of different carers. We are very happy now to have a good routine and regular schedules. All the carers have been warm and friendly and mum feels very comfortable in their care.

Bluebird provides live-in care for my father. The service, professionalism, care and team are amazing and we all thank them very much. I can highly recommend their service from our experiences with them.

Carers are wonderful and work well with each other and us. Very clear and understanding of our needs. As we get to know them, they are more like family. Carers are always smart in their uniforms. Always punctual, and if there is a delay, they call to let us know.

I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care. My mother needed support to live independently and I found the team exemplary from the office staff to each carer. I am extremely grateful for how they have enhanced my mother's daily life.

Absolutely great company go above and beyond to help in any way they can, staff are amazing great communication, office staff are amazing and do what they can to help in any situation, always there to give support when needed.

Bluebird has been providing excellent daycare visits which have enabled my Mother to continue with independent living. The professional Management team have provided continuity of carers despite the difficulties of the last year. The staff are always kind, approachable and cheerful understanding my Mother's needs.

We are very happy with the care provided. Carers have been courteous, respectful and sympathetic to my wife's needs. The carers are very professional but are never intrusive and we feel completely at ease. My wife feels safe and is very appreciative of the personal care given to her. The cares approach to her dementia is very caring and gentle. We are also very happy with the practical help around the house.

We have had two live-in carers supplied by Bluebird, for my friend who has terminal cancer, and who wished to stay in her own home. Both carers have been, kind, hard-working and delivered excellent care from personal needs to general housework and anything in between. Nothing has been too much trouble, and although being professional have managed to also build up a close friendship with the client, much of this being down to the fact that the management team went above and beyond the remit to provide “the right fit” for my friend's lifestyle.

I have been impressed with the organisational attention and consideration given by Bluebird, both generally and on occasion when staff rearrangements have had to have been made at short notice. Staff have coped well with difficult client circumstances and are always friendly, helpful and available to discuss matters.

In spite of the difficult times, Bluebird has always covered my needs. Carers, on the whole, are of an excellent standard but restricted a little by health and safety.
