My dad has a carers that comes to take him once a week for a couple hours and also once every 3 weeks , I've have been and continue to be happy with the services they provide, , The carers are polite and supportive, and patient,

I am very grateful for the help and support I have received from Amazing Homecare. When my Mum first came out of hospital it was a very overwhelming time, with lots of uncertainty. The carers have helped me and my family so much. They have given me confidence and support in a very difficult time in my life. They give my Mum dignity. I am so grateful to have their help, outstanding care and understanding. Thank you so much.

We changed over to Amazing Care after having bad experiences with previous carers and they have cared for our mum over the past 3/4 years. We have been happy with the service given and love the app to see how each visit has gone along with tasks that were completed. I also like the social media contact which means staff can advise us of anything or we are able to raise anything. The response we get is almost instant. We as a family have peace of mind that carers turn up on time and give the care my mum requires. This has helped our mum stay in her own home, something I know she is so happy about. We have been very happy with the care she has received.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the excellent care my mum received from Amazing Homecare during her final months, until her passing in November. The dedicated care team provided 24-hour live-in care, ensuring she felt comfortable and supported at home. The three main carers were incredible, demonstrating dedication and empathy that surpassed our expectations. They took time to understand my mother's unique needs, preserving her dignity and engaging her in meaningful conversations, laughter, and games. Their genuine care made her feel valued in her most vulnerable moments. Special thanks to the field supervisor, whose commitment to my mum's needs was remarkable. She consistently went above and beyond, addressing our concerns with kindness and understanding. She is a true asset to Amazing Homecare, and her passion is evident. I wholeheartedly recommend Amazing Homecare to anyone in need of compassionate and dedicated care for their loved ones.

I'm very lucky I have these people to look after my dad. They are so friendly and compassionate with looking after Dad. I couldn't ask for a better team of people who stay in touch regularly with me when required. I recommend these people highly.

Very friendly and helpful. After trying a few companies we found amazing care. And we are very happy. My wife is very choosy and she found the right care for her thanks very much. When I come home I can see that my wife is very happy. So happy that she wants to go with the carer thanks again.

Amazing Homecare has been looking after my mum for over 5 years now. They are caring and compassionate and go above and beyond to help us look after her. We keep in close contact with the agency and using the app I can see how each visit has gone which I find so useful. We have had to ask them to do extra at times in regards to falls etc. and they never fail to help us when we need them. We as a family highly recommend them.

We're delighted with the quality of care, and compassion, you show my mum-in-law and her husband. We appreciate the comprehensiveness of the care notes the team complete. It's great there is a small pool of carers who regularly provide support, this really supports continuity of care. Please pass our thanks on to the terrific care team.

I was under the care of Amazing Homecare for eight weeks. My schedule was two visits per day for seven weeks and one visit per day for one week. Every carer that attended treated me with dignity and respect. The professional way they did their job was excellent. I can say that if I need care again there is not one of them I would not welcome back.

I am so pleased with the wonderful care my husband gets from all of the carers, they really do look after him and care about his feelings, they always check with me if they are unsure about anything involving his care. I would recommend to friends or family.

My mother needed support when she left hospital after catching Covid. The carers that visited her were absolute saints and the office team were always helpful. My mum has never had care before and initially was quite reluctant. They were all warm, patient, and caring. They gave her the right amount of support to help her regain her independence. She no longer needs them, but I’m sure she misses them. I highly recommend this company.

To say I'm disgusted with the service you have provided is an understatement. The lack of care and dignity showed to my father is nothing more than criminal. We will be taking action against this poor company and have video, plus photo evidence to prove our allegations. If you love your family member do not use this company.

I do not have enough superlatives to describe how wonderful the care providers from this company were to my late husband. They visited us twice a day and were always so kind, caring, and respectful to him. They had practical solutions when needed and offered me great comfort and support when times became tough. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I am so very grateful to these amazing women. I honestly could not have coped without their help.

Mum has only been with these carers for a few months, but they are fantastic. She has a visit twice a day. The carers are so good to her, kind, respectful, friendly, and will do anything to help her. Mum loves their visits. The office staff also are very professional and on top of every request. I would recommend them to anyone. I feel my mum is in very good hands. Thank you Amazing Homecare.

Communication with Amazing Homecare is made as easy as possible, the office and on-call service make them easily contactable. They have been reliable and strive to go the extra mile all of the time. The service and care provided by Amazing Homecare was exceptional. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my husband was comfortable and received the care and attention that he needed. All staff members that attended to my husband were gentle, kind and patient. They made us all feel at ease, and we were grateful for the care shown to him. We are very grateful for everything you did in the short time we required your services.

My brother has suffered night time incontinence for over 2 years and has had very disturbed sleep. The carers from Heritage tried lots of different pads, incontinence sheets etc. until the issue was resolved. He now sleeps much better.

We have been using Heritage Healthcare service for nearly 6 months primarily to help our disabled 87-year-old mother who suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis wash and dressed each morning, and they have maintained a high standard of care throughout the period. We have been particularly pleased that they have been able to rotate the work within a small group of regular and locally based carers, while it has also been noticeable that the carers we have had do genuinely care about our mother. We have also found that both the company's management and staff have been very responsive to our needs and we would thoroughly recommend this company.
