View Full Details of Compassionate Herts LtdOne member of staff in particular took care of my dad before he passed away. He built up a lovely, trusting, friendship during this time and dad would enjoy his visits. It was a real comfort to our family to know that dad was being looked after professionally by someone we could trust and rely on. Thank you.
Brilliant care received, kind, compassionate and caring. A lovely bond made by the carers with my grandad and our family as a whole. Carers are all on time for every visit, nothing was too much for them, a short time with Compassionate Herts but a very good experience with special memories.
Compassionate Herts cared for my father for thirteen days. I could not recommend them more highly. Lovely people, polite, prompt and friendly. All three carers made a real connection with my father and all of the family. They could not have been more caring and compassionate. From the first visit, I felt confident Dad would be looked after with love and respect. We honestly feel we have made friends and Dad could not have had better care anywhere, we are just so sad it was for such a short time.
Carers were genuinely caring, polite, considerate, left my husband with his dignity at all times.
All staff who have attended my mother have been very professional, kind and caring, she always looks forward to seeing them. The continuity of carers is excellent and they are also very supportive towards family.
Very pleased and they do a good job.
I think they are all excellent, every member of staff. They are so friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble. I think they are smashing; I believe that their care has given my husband the will to live. Despite the hospital only giving him three months, and here we are 18-months later. He is so content despite his inability to speak much or move at all following two strokes. They are also so willing to help me cope with my husband's disability. Please pass my thanks on. I would highly recommend them.
The carers are a lovely team. They look after my wife well.
During the initial assessment meeting, I was impressed by the time allowed, the knowledge and guidance given to me in order to set in place a solid framework of care that I was happy with. I was particularly happy that the carers were able to meet the time frame and personal care parameters that I hoped for. I found the "assessor" to be extremely affable and was very satisfied that the assessor would also be part of the caring team visiting my father. There were some "teething" issues but again I was impressed by the ease at which I could communicate with management to get the "tweaks" needed. Our use of these carers naturally came to an end with a hospital admission and the involvement of social services but my first venture into the care system was made all the less stressful because of the confidence I had in this company's handling of both me and my father on a day to day basis.
