Millies Care and Support Agency have been fantastic in organising the care for my nan. From the very first day of contact we had an assessment with one of their team and even got carers in that same evening. All of them have been so lovely and my nan has really enjoyed having them come in everyday. We have seen a real positive change in her since having them take over her care. Would highly recommend!

Millies Care and Support Agency Ltd cared for our Mum in the last few weeks of her life. They treated her with such care, compassion and dignity. Every person who attended to her went above and beyond, even making sure my elderly Dad was ok. Would definitely recommend them excellent company all round.

Millies were tremendously helpful to our family in the last weeks of my father's life when my mother needed assistance in caring for him at home. They were always warm and compassionate to both my parents, yet utterly professional in carrying out the intimate tasks as required. The team were flexible and responsive and we were fully supported throughout. An outstanding service which I highly recommend. Thank you Millies.

Each of the carers was prompt, polite, and highly professional. They did what we asked, and we were fully satisfied with the service they provided. They focused on providing a shower each evening, which was pleasant and satisfying.

Millies have been part of the care team for Mum since June. In these six months, Mum has really enjoyed being with the Millies team. Every possible care is taken with all details of Mum's service, and despite very trying, challenging and difficult realities, Mum is full of fun, joy and happiness, and Millies contribute significantly to this. Thank you, Millies.

Millies Care and Support Agency provide excellent care for my mother. They are reliable and always go the extra mile to ensure my mother has the best care. They have great attention to detail and follow up on any requests. When they arrive, my mother is so pleased to see them, they have become friends.

I have been very happy with all the Millies carers and service over the years. They have given me security, friendly conversation, fed me well and lovely walks in the gardens. On occasion, they have taken me for a coffee or to the garden centre. Most of the girls have been lovely and kind people.

Millies Care and Support Agency are amazing! I have dealt with many care agencies and Millies has been by far the best. They are so caring and personal, the lady they were looking after even received a get well soon card in hospital from them. When someone is at their most vulnerable stage in life they need a person who can be caring and attentive to their individual needs and Millies definitely do this, you can see they genuinely care about what they do. Thank you for all your help.

I find most of the carers pleasant and helpful and I look forward to their visits every day. The only criticism is I never know what time to expect them e.g. mornings can be anything from 9.00 am to 10.45 am.

Millie’s provided outstanding care for my mother, the staff are amazing and become part of the family. My mum was treated with the utmost respect and dignity and she felt loved by all her carers. They supported mum and us at the end-of-life care, nothing was too much trouble and always took time to ask other family members were we ok. Would highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent care.

The carers who looked after my mother with domestic care during the past year were all friendly, professional and supportive. They knew my mother well and she enjoyed their visits. Millies carers recently provided outstanding end-of-life care in an extremely supportive, sensitive and caring way.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. My mum has a regular carer who she loves. The carer always does what is required and more. If I have had to contact the office by email I have always received a reply very promptly. I keep a notebook in the tin where mum's tablets are locked away. The carer leaves a note if I need to be told anything, and vice versa.

No hesitation in recommending Millies. Our mother was in her late eighties and started needing both physical and personal care and also company as she couldn't get out as she used to. Millies were recommended and proved to be the perfect solution. Their staff were all well trained, never let us down and very skilled in personal care. She enjoyed their visits as always bright and cheerful people.
