We cannot find anything negative to say about this company and the staff. Everyone went beyond our expectations and were so focused on my mum and keeping her safe and happy. We were sorry to have to move on and leave everyone's smiling faces!

They have been nothing but flexible and supportive. The care has been attentive and the person in question was initially reluctant to have but now loves it being in place! It gives us peace of mind as well as the person receiving the care.

Right At provided excellent companionship and care support to my Mum and Aunt over a 9-month period. The office staff and carers were always very friendly and supportive and we would be contacted promptly if there were any concerns. As my Mum and Aunt's needs changed, Right At Home was able to adapt their support to respond. All the carers who spent time with my Mum and Aunt were so friendly and warm and it was hugely reassuring to us as a family to know they were visiting. I would really recommend Right At Home.

Right at Home Mid Sussex has looked after my mum for the last few years, and we cannot praise them highly enough. From the management and office staff to the carers, they are all so helpful and approachable. The carers really do care about their clients and the 45-minute visits mean that they have time to really get to know them. We've now reached a stage where my mum needs to go to a care home due to increasing confusion and frailty, but the Right at Home team have supported her to stay at home as long as possible. I would absolutely recommend their services.

My family used Right at Home (Mid Sussex) to care for both my father and mother towards the end of their lives. The experience we had was faultless from start to finish. The office is very well organised in managing the care and rotas and the care provided was exceptional. My mother and father were very well looked after and it allowed them to stay in their home for as long as possible. The team has been amazing, thanks so much.

We could not recommend Right at Home highly enough. All of the team who supported my in-laws over the last few years were & are incredible people who showed such incredible patience & care. My in-law's worst fear was to die in hospital & the Right at Home's level of exceptional service ensured they had the choice to remain at home right till the end despite medical & personal care challenges. Whilst care packages were being arranged we experienced support from other care providers in the area so had first-hand experience of what good looks like & it is most definitely the Right at Home team. Thank you to the manager & her amazing team.

Right at Home have been really great. My dad’s well-being and health have improved hugely since the carers started coming. All the carers have been lovely and the coordinators have been super responsive, flexible and great to work with. It’s such a weight off my mind to know they are looking after my dad so well. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I would highly recommend the Right At Home team. Mum is 80 and suffers from dementia. She's lived in this area for the last 55+ years, so the fact that all the care staff are recruited locally is valuable because it means they can chat to Mum about the things she is familiar with. The care staff, capably managed by the managers, are friendly, reliable, and patient. They are also punctual and stick to their pre-arranged time slots, which is not the case with all care agencies. The service is managed through an app which we have access to via a portal. It is incredibly useful for my brother and me to be able to read the carer notes for each visit and check on the roster and tasks being undertaken. Because the service is good, it is also in high demand, which leads to the one minor issue - if you need care staff at peak times of day (mealtimes etc...) you may have to join a waiting list. Again though, I think this is true of all care agencies at the moment. Thank you Right At Home.

Excellent care provider giving care to family and patients alike. The care and attention given to my aunt was so reassuring to us as a family. The quality and standard of the caregivers employed by Right At Home provide confidence to clients.

Right at Home support my Mum who has dementia and my Dad. Right At Home provide support with meals, meds and household but most importantly are kind and caring to my parents, so important as they are now the only social contacts my parents have on a day to day basis. The manager at Right At Home is always friendly, patient, kind and understanding which helps me to manage my parents' care from a distance. Mum and Dad both love seeing the carers and look forward to them arriving. Without Right At Home my parents would not be able to still live in their own home.

Right at Home (Mid Sussex) have provided an excellent service supporting my mum and aunt who both have dementia. They constantly want to go out and the team have supported them with taking them to coffees, shops and places of interest. I highly recommend the support they give to clients and their families.

We are very happy with the service we receive. Notification email each week letting us know the name of the carer. Always very good care taken. The care company are very good at trying to keep the same carer each week, which helps so much with anxiety or worries of going with a stranger. The main office is very accommodating with requests or changes asked for.

My daughter has two carers a week in the morning. They arrive on time, always happy, chatty and friendly. She goes out into the community doing all sorts of fun activities. My daughter enjoys spending time with her carers. I'm happy knowing she is in good caring hands. All the staff in the office are very professional, caring people. As her mother, I'm delighted.

I really cannot recommend these carers enough. They were brilliant. They have looked after my husband who has MND and provided the best possible care you could imagine. They genuinely really cared for my husband and tended to his every need. They also worked so hard helping me by cleaning the house, washing up, hoovering and anything else that needed doing. They also provided support and good advice where it was needed. They were always punctual, always happy and very engaging with us and we felt really comfortable having them in our home. My husband was particularly impressed by the foot massages he used to get. They really are second to none.

Right At Home were caring for my mum at the end of last year and are now caring for my dad. This is how good they are. You simply wouldn’t want anyone else caring for them!

Right at Home provide an exceptional level of care. I have been continually impressed with the service they provide. They have never put a foot wrong in what was a very complicated caring situation. The whole team has one aim, to ensure the client is looked after as if a member of the family. They offer a personal service and go above and beyond to achieve this. They are always punctual and the minimum 45 minutes visits ensure the carers really get to know the people they are looking after, spending quality time with them and all done with a smile and in good humour. They are a fantastic team and highly recommended.

Thank you to the senior caregiver and caregiver for all the support and help you offered my mother. The care is exceptional and the attention to detail is brilliant. It may have been only a short period of 6 weeks while waiting for a care residence placing but both Mum and I thank you so much. Very professional trustworthy people working for a well-run company. Right at Home have provided excellent care for my mother for more than 2 years. As her Alzheimers has deteriorated they have adapted with her enabling her to remain living independently with dignity. Whilst we have agreed on activities I've been impressed by the ingenuity they have exercised to encourage eating, exercising and personal care to be carried out when Mum was, at times, reluctant. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs carers.

The amazing Right at Home team have supported our family through some very difficult times over the last few weeks. The care team has been kind and compassionate to my parents and the administration team have been flexible and kept us up to date with availability. Not only that but they have communicated with other social and medical partners on our behalf. Without their help, I have no doubt that we would be in a very different and much more uncomfortable place than we are today. Thank you all for your help, support and professionalism. Highly recommended.

The wonderful team of carers from Right at Home continue to provide excellent support and care, allowing my aunt to fulfil her wish to remain in her own home. The kind, gentle and considerate way they help, while maintaining my aunt's dignity, is amazing. Their expertise and experience liaising with doctors and community nurses is invaluable and obvious that they have a very good, longstanding relationships with various other support organisations. Their communication, regular updates and quick flexibility to arrange extra visits, is great. We have been so impressed with their dedication and reliability- despite recent challenging travelling conditions in snow, the carers continued to arrived for every visit. Heartfelt thanks to them, they are highly recommended.
