I am very pleased with everything.

Apex initially cared for my elderly mother - now in a care home - and, latterly, my father and that care is ongoing. The care offered has been of the highest standard and there have been many times when the carers have gone the extra mile and much more when they have found either my father or mother in difficulties and needing more help than usual. Mostly, the staff have been able to deal with those situations themselves but, where there was clearly a significant medical problem, they contacted the relevant support agency. The staff are professional, courteous, eminently competent and versatile in what they are prepared to do. That approach has been tested of late given the huge pressures placed on caring staff by Covid-19 but there has been no diminution of the service at all: it remains first class. My father not only relies on the service but positively looks forward to the twice-daily visits and regards the carers as ( very professional) friends. All very, very good.
