Jusrade Care have been fantastic with their care for my Dad who suffers from Dementia. They are always calm and patient with him and nothing is ever too much trouble. The carers that come visit him, really do care and it's great to have peace of mind that he is in safe hands.

My son is a mental health patient, and he is very happy with his care. I am very satisfied with the care that gets, and his personal assistant does a very excellent job.

Jusrade Care Ltd have been fantastic with the way they deliver care to my partner who is the service user. They have been very professional and knowledgeable with their job, the way the staff care for my partner with empathy, care, dignity and love has been fantastic. They go above and beyond to ensure that my partner is well cared for and this has bought her so much comfort and joy.

The staff is always very polite and helpful. They are ready to accommodate my needs when I have any challenges. I am very happy with the service in general.

Jusrade Care has been of huge benefit to us. Their care package for my son has enabled us to be able to go about our job without having to worry. Also they have been flexible. I have been able to call to get immediate care when needed for my son.

I am very pleased with my care. I feel that my needs are met and that I am treated with dignity and have a voice. Whenever my needs change or I have any concerns, I am always listened to immediately and any changes are implemented quickly. I feel that my carers go above and beyond to meet my needs and I couldn't be happier.

Jusrade care for Mum and Dad, who are living with Alzheimer's. They treat them with kindness and respect. I appreciate that Mum and Dad have, at most, three different carers, which helps with consistency of care/relationship. I also have a good relationship with the carers and care manager. Also attendance times, which is great for Mum and Dad.

The care my parents received was second to none. They made him feel secure and happy in their own home. They kept the house clean and were very dignified with personal care. Overall very happy.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how very impressed and how incredible the carers have been to my mum and myself during this time. They always had a kind word, were always very helpful, considerate and caring at all times. Nothing was too much for them. My mum is 92 years old with lots of medical problems and dementia until I was unable to cope with my mum at home anymore.

The care and support has been good and excellent and I could not wish for better. My carers are excellent, they do a lot for me and make me feel good. They7 are all very good and the manager is the best.

This agency is fantastic, they work with us and do everything to meet my brother's needs. Communication is fantastic and they often go over and above what is expected of them. All the staff are very friendly and the manager is very hands on. I really can't praise them enough.

I am pleased to have found Jusrade Care, they provide care and support for my two siblings with complex needs. All the staff that work with my siblings are punctual, genuine caring individuals, they have given me peace of mind. I know that my sibling's needs are being met. Communication has been excellent and the manager has been involved in meetings with care services to ensure they are fully involved, making sure my siblings receive the appropriate care and support as their condition changes. My siblings have adjusted to having caregivers coming in because of the friendly staff. My siblings see the same couple of staff which gives continuity of care and they feel comfortable. The staff know my siblings, the standard of care has been excellent.

The carer from Jusrade who looks after my father every day of the week, is very professional and caring and also very thorough and diligent in his work. Most importantly - my dad really likes and trusts his carer and is both comfortable and confident in his company. As a family, we all like my dad's carer very much. He has quickly become part of our family.
